Welcome to South Bay Lake Life at South Bay RV Park! The vacation rental side of this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath twin home on Rush Lake is less than an hour north of the Twin Cities. Explore this fully recreational lake from your private dock during your stay, or relax and enjoy a lakeside bonfire. Remember to bring your boat! During winter, you can enjoy ice fishing on East Rush or hop on the Sno Bug 108 snowmobile trail at the end of this property's driveway. Mid-term Rental Also Available!

South Bay Lake Life is one side of a two-level twin home with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area floor plan. This beautiful home features an office/media room, a spacious sun porch, and large back windows that provide breathtaking lake views. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances, pots/pans, and utensils you'll need to enjoy meals "at home." But if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of wonderful restaurants to visit in Rush City and other surrounding towns.

Bedrooms
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The first lower-level bedroom has a king-size bed with an electric fireplace and a walk-out patio to the lake. The second lower-level bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. So, find your perfect room and enjoy a good night's rest.

Office/Media Room
Balance out your work and play in our private office space with high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV, two small couches, and all the modern comforts of home.

Sun Porch
This space is great for entertaining outside with a flatscreen TV, a large pub-height table, a front deck with a propane grill, and a back deck providing great lake views.

Amenities
Our vacation rental home is clean and well-equipped with all the usual amenities of a home. Small appliances include a coffee maker with coffee/tea, a toaster, a skillet, a crockpot, and general cooking and baking supplies.

We provide linens and towels and have a washer, dryer, and soap for your convenience. We also offer an iron and ironing board.

We provide smart TVs, Amazon Fire sticks, and Prime Video (sorry, no cable or satellite). If you want more options, log into your favorite streaming service through the fire stick, but remember to log out before you leave. We also offer a curated book collection, board games, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs in the backyard overlooking the lake (unfortunately, there is no swimmable beach). You'll have lots to enjoy!
