Welcome to the Sweet Retreat cabin, your ultimate retreat conveniently located right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Located on a on a picturesque hillside, this luxurious cabin offers unparalleled views of the Great Smoky Mountains where every sunrise and sunset is a masterpiece, framed perfectly by the expansive windows that grace the open-concept living space.

Step inside and be enveloped by the cabin's elegant yet cozy ambiance. The interior boasts high vaulted ceilings, rich wooden beams, and tasteful furnishings that blend rustic charm with modern sophistication. End the day relaxing on your covered deck in your 101 degree hot tub or opt for a private jacuzzi bath in your ensuite bath.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Wonderful Vacation Home

We were there for baseball and all families stayed on Legacy. Bonus is a bear sighting in a tree outside of the cabin. Easy communication with rental point of contact. Convenient to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions while still being in the mountains.

Breathtaking Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted a cabin with great views and after a lot of research, chose this cabin and it did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning, I cried. I loved waking up early and watching the sunrise over the mountains from the deck or kitchen table. The cabin was beautiful, very large and clean. It was well equipped with extra pillows, blankets, dishes, towels, etc. The hot tub was clean and in great shape also. The location is great, really close to Dollywood and most other attractions. The cabin was easy to access, the nearby roads were good and the roads up legacy mountain to the cabin are wide, paved, and well maintained. This was very important for us as we stayed somewhere last year that was absolutely terrifying getting in and out of. It was nice not to worry about that this time. We will definitely return. Absolutely loved this place. Great customer service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a bad experiment in this particular cabin this cabin had a mouse and a snake. My kids were scared. All these years that I book with these cabin, never had this type of experiment. I’m still trying to figure out how did a black snake get inside the cabin in the kitchen besides that all the other cabinets that I booked was fantastic

A Real Life Sweet Escape

From the view to the ease of communication with the cabin owners, you cannot go wrong booking this cabin. The Christmas decorations were such a nice homey touch too. The only negative thing about it, was two days wasn’t long enough to enjoy it! Will definitely be back to stay here.

To start, we absolutely love the location as it offers multiple ways to get in/out of both Gatlinburg and PF. The street up to the cabin is well paved and not too steep compared to other resorts. The cabin itself seems newer and was clean upon arrival. We were also able to check in a couple hours ahead of time. Both bedrooms are downstairs with the main separated from the bunkbeds by a door (not shown in pics). Each bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen was also clean with very basic cookware but everything seemed to be there. Each level has a deck to enjoy the views, which were the BEST views our family has had at any cabin in the area. While this is not at the tippy top of the mountain, the views seem endless and are breathtaking. The hot tub is also newer and located on the bottom deck. The cabin was decorated for Christmas inc. a tree in the upstairs living area. Very nice touch.We very much enjoyed our weekend getaway and would for sure consider booking this cabin again. Not negative comments but just a couple easy, small items for owners to consider: the outdoor faucet next to the hottub needs to be fixed; a vacuum and a full length mirror would be great adds.Elk Springs Resort management was also great to work with from booking to arrival to departure. Clear and efficient communication. Thanks for the great stay.

Our sweet escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We initially were staying in another Elk Springs cabin but had to be moved mid-week due to a water issue from recent storms. When notified of the problem Elk Springs immediately moved us to another cabin The Sweet Escape. We were able to finish our trip safely and comfortably. This cabin had the most amazing views! The hot tub was marvelous and we enjoyed sitting on both decks watching the sunrise and sunset. The cabin was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and the beds were cozy and comfy. Although we didn't initially choose this cabin we would definitely consider staying here again. We will book our original cabin again because it was breathtakingly gorgeous as well. Thank you for keeping us cared for in a difficult situation so we didn't have to end our trip. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing view

Perfect for a couple or even for a small family, All bedrooms are on the lower level and the stairs were definitely steep going down, a little difficult with all our luggage, hauling everything down the stairs then back up, on the second day or air conditioning went out and was very hot in the cabin with all the windows we called management and they were super quick in getting it taken care of. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Parking was super easy, we have stayed in several cabins in Gatlinburg and this one was one of the easiest. Will definitely stay again. Thank u once again to management!!
