Encantadora casa victoriana de 1900, situada en el corazón de Fountain Square. Toneladas de carácter llenar esta casa de 1800 pies cuadrados actualizado con el encanto del viejo mundo y decoraciones de todo el mundo. Rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterías, ya 3 minutos del centro de Indianápolis, Lucas Oil o Bankers Life Field House ..

Paso en un hermoso, cálido y acogedor espacio lleno que es pintoresco desde el exterior y ofrece un montón de espacio para moverse por dentro.

La casa es de 2 dormitorios / 1. 5 baños con una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero, comedor, biblioteca, sala de estar y TV inteligente. Hay un precioso vallado en el patio trasero con un foso y 4 sillas adirondack salón para reunirse alrededor del fuego. El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón de espuma de memoria glorioso tamaño de la reina. El dormitorio de invitados tiene un bello sofá cama doble con un tirón hacia abajo doble nido debajo. Ambos colchones también son espuma de memoria. Los colchones gemelos pueden sorprendentemente encajar cómodamente parejas abrazando. También hay una sala de bonificación en el dormitorio de invitados que tiene un top-of-the-line reina inflable colchón de aire para 2 invitados adicionales.

Charming house in a great location.

Sivan was a great hostess and went out of her way to make us feel welcome in her lovely home, through notes, proactive communications, recommendations, and little amenities like snacks and beers in the fridge. We'd definitely stay at her place again!

This home was such a delight to stay in, I can't recommend it enough. Check-in seamless and Sivan incredibly helpful providing recommendations before we arrived. We stayed for 5 nights for GenCon and along with being in a really adorable neighborhood, the home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was great and the fridge was big enough for us the whole trip. All in all a great home with a great homeowner!

This is a very nice and clean home comes with everything you need and more. The host is very helpful and super attentive to all your questions and concerns. We came here for our daughter’s softball tournament and the house was only about 25 minutes to Grand Park. We would gladly stay her another time. It was a wonderful experience all around

Exactly what we were looking for!

We needed a month-long, pet-friendly accomodation for a work trip, and we found exactly what we were looking for here! The apartment was well-appointed with absolutely everything we needed, including comfortable bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, plentiful cleaning supplies and a wonderful porch and backyard. The property was clean and it was easy to find everything we needed. Sivan was a superb host who made sure that we were comfortable and happy, and she was very responsive and proactive when we had an unexpected issue with the boiler. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Outstanding accomodations with exeptional service to match.

My wife, daughter, daughter’s fiancée, and I had the pleasure of staying at this property during a visit to Indianapolis for a football game. From the first contact through check out, Sivan was an exceptional host and truly made us feel at home. The home is in a perfect location to get to the sites of downtown Indy in a quiet safe neighborhood.

The house was perfect!!!!! Super clean and organized in a wonderful & charming neighborhood!!

Sivan the home owner was an absolute delight!!!! The personalized notes that Sivan left for our family were super thoughtful and shows the character and integrity of the home owner. I would absolutely recommend this property for future renters and would totally rent it again if we go back. The home is conveniently located to the downtown area and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops that are super retro and cool in the fountain square area. The beauty and charm of the home are extremely impressive. I could go on and on raving about the home but it is definitely a must see!!!

Immaculate, lovely home in trendy location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home. The owner was extremely helpful by checking on us and providing recommendations for restaurants which we used. We would definitely stay here again. Great home and location walking distance to the trendy Fountain Square area.

Great location and a great place to stay.

My boys and I were attending a conference at the Lucas Oil Stadium. This was the perfect location. House was comfortable and away from the hectic city. We really had a great time.

Great House, Excellent Location

We needed an option coming to Indy for a gymnastics event, as all the downtown hotels were sold out. This house is located less than 10 minutes from the Convention Center and was a great option. The house is actually a duplex. It's not very wide but it is long with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is nice with a comfy couch to sit on. There aren't any real chairs in the living room. The staircase is narrow but a reflection of the architecture. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The master is in the back, and a guest room in the front. The pictures don't do the front room justice; there's a room with a trundle bed inside the door, but deeper into the room is a loft-type room with sloped ceilings that holds the air mattress. There is no separation between these two areas. There's only one full bathroom upstairs, so if you're coming with more than 3-4 people that might be problematic. The bathroom is nice with a double sink vanity and a skylight. The water was always hot when we needed it. The house had robust internet both up and downstairs. There's no cable TV but more shows than you could watch on Netflix and Amazon Prime, available on the smart TV downstairs. There are no TV's upstairs. All in all, if you're looking for a better priced option than a hotel downtown and without the hassle...this is a great house in a great spot.

Quaint, very clean, comfortable

The home is super clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space for friends to gather. Back deck with adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing and front porch fun for people watching. Only thing lacking was closet space. Fountain Square was a ten minute walk with a variety of bars & restaurants. Downtown Indy was a 2.5 mile Uber ride ($6). Owner, Sivan was very helpful and accommodating. She was just a text message away if you needed anything.

Wondeful home close to downtown Indy!

We picked the perfect place for a weekend stay in Indy! The owner was delightful to work with and everything about our stay was great. The inside of this home is decorated with many interesting and colorful pieces of art the owner has collected during her world travels. It's clean, spacious, and we would definitely stay again rather than booking at a hotel. Thanks, Sivan, for your hospitality and sharing your home with us!

Wonderful house and experience!

The house is definitely the cutest and best-kept on the street. Once inside it is very comfortable, roomy and adorable. Sivan is extremely hospitable and easy to work with and contact. She was very professional and had everything there that guests may need. We had plenty of room with 4 people and 2 small children. We also walked to restaurants and coffee bars and went for a morning run into downtown. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will stay here again if we come back to Indy!

Great property is a fun area.

This house was lovely and functional. Nice kitchen even though there are a lot of fun places to eat out. TV has Amazon Prime and Netflix if you have a stay at home night. Off street parking in the back was great because I had a lot of things in the car and this was very safe. The owner was available for questions and cared about her property and guest needs. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this property! Thanks

The home is filled with character and all one of a kind decorations. Walking distance to all the Fountain Square restaurants and shops. There are rentable electric cars nearby called Blue Indy. Just a cool place to be!
