Timber 7 is a charming single-level Sunriver retreat with the kind of warmth that makes a vacation feel settled from the start. Vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and an open-concept great room give the home an inviting Central Oregon character, while thoughtful amenities make it easy for families and friends to relax into their stay.

The living room is designed for unhurried time together, with comfortable furnishings, a 75-inch Smart TV, and easy access to the back deck. Outside, the private hot tub and gas barbecue create a natural extension of the living space, whether you are grilling dinner, soaking beneath the stars, or simply enjoying the quiet of the pines.

The updated kitchen offers generous counter space and everything needed for easy vacation meals. The adjacent dining room seats eight, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar, making it simple to gather for breakfast before a bike ride or linger over dinner at the end of the day.

Where You'll Sleep
Bedroom One features a king bed and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed, while Bedroom Three also features a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom includes a wall-mounted 43-inch Smart TV for easy evening downtime.

Just off the living room, the bonus area gives everyone a little more room to spread out. With a 55-inch Smart TV, DVD player, Murphy bed, foosball table, and generous seating, it works equally well as a movie room, game space, or separate hangout for kids and adults.

When you are ready to explore, five adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's winding pathways. From quiet morning rides beneath the pines to full days of Central Oregon adventure, Timber 7 offers a comfortable place to return to when the day winds down.

This is the kind of home that suits an easy vacation rhythm: coffee in the morning, time outdoors by day, and evenings spent around the fire, in the hot tub, or gathered for a little friendly competition.

Bringing Your Dog?
Timber 7 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted.

Traveling With a Larger Group?
Reserve Timber 7 along with nearby Timber Lane 3, subject to availability, and keep family and friends close while still giving each household the comfort of its own space.

Important Location Note
Timber 7 backs up to an active railroad. Trains typically pass two to four times per day and rarely sound their whistle.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
