Great property

The property was clean, cozy, and has a great location. Close to restaurants, beaches, bars and other activities. Short drive to other attractions. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 teenagers).

Nice property, good location

Property was very nice, was clean and had a good view of the bay. Nicely appointed throughout. Location was great, close to everything. My only complaints are: There was no outdoor furniture to sit on the patio! That really surprised me. So staff and people would walk right next to your sliding doors and would look in at you. Had to go to the pool in back for any outdoor seating. The second bedroom also had really thin window shades. The window is right next to the sidewalk and was too bright in the morning.

Great place. Except for the parking lot attendant

When a man. I don't know his name so I will say the maintenance man with his girlfriend that stays in the front of the building. He harassed us and swore at us and called me names and made my wife very uncomfortable. Not professional. Smoked walking next to our door after telling us we better not smoke. Which we don't. He does not represent the property well at all. We would never come back or recommend this rental if he is still there. Something needs to be done. I'm Craig Cova. And a small business owner. So I've experienced employees like this. If you want more call me. Thanks. Other then that it was a excellent stay. Great place and the contact personnel we had were great.

Wonderful Stay at Bayside!

This condo on the main floor looking out over the harbor was excellent! Two sliders and close to the pool. The rooms were clean and starter things were there such as TP, soap, trashbags, dish soap, dishwasher soap. It was close enough but not to close to the busy beach area. The location was perfect. We had no wifi when arriving and they were very attentive when I called and got us fixed up within 20 minutes. I would definitely rent this space again! A few good things to know: Use Instacart for grocery delivery. It's worth the delivery fee as traffic can be a bear. We used Sunshine Baby Beach Rentals and rented the combo with a cart, umbrella, cooler and 2 beach chairs. It was there when we arrived and we left it there upon our departure for them to pick up. They work with Bayside so it was very convenient. Everyone we dealt with was very nice! Great places to eat: Shephard's Tiki Beach Bar has Live music, great food (the Cuban Sandwich is excellent), and great drinks. Beach Craft Local Pints and Bites had the best fish tacos and great wings! Parlor doughnuts is delicious and you can order online and pick up to avoid the line! Frenchies is good too! Will stay here again next time in Clearwater! I had my sister and my two teen children!

Better than perfect!

We rented this condo for 3 days (it was our “prevacation” vacation) the 2nd week in September. This was he perfect condo for my husband, myself, our daughter, son in law, and 18 mo old grand daughter. The condo is situated in a convenient little spot close to everything we wanted. Across the street to the right is an excellent breakfast place (the name escapes me just now) and next to that is The Brown Boxer (stays open until 3am for those who get in late night like we did and wanted a bite to eat and a drink). We didn’t cook but it had a beautiful kitchen and appeared to have everything we would have needed. (Let me say again how gorgeous the kitchen was!) I loved that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were plenty of linens. The living room furniture was comfortable and the TV had Netflix, which is very important if you have little kids in your group! Perfect for our little family. The neighbors were so friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the very private pool and talking with the other residents. We were able to enjoy 1 beach day (due to red tide) and walked down to the Quality Inn, they have a beautiful private beach area for guests.....and Tropix beach bar where we enjoyed their famous 32 oz Rumrunners. We all agreed that this particular condo is on our list for next September’s prevacation and we cannot wait to return! (Side note: my mother in law lived in that very condo back in the late 1970’s-early 80’s and although she didn’t come to see us until later during our time at the beach, she saw pictures and said that the makeover done was that of perfection!) You definitely want to stay at this condo!!

Cleanliness-gross, location-GREAT

The property is amazing. The sheets on the bed were heavily stained with something I would not ever sleep on. There were balls of hair in the corner of the room. Lots of hair in the bathroom as well. Shower door wouldn't close. All of which should have been addressed prior to my family's arrival. Other than that, the location is fantastic. The property manager (who was previously bashed in other reviews) does not work for the rental company hosting this condo, was very pleasant and helpful to my children enjoying the pool and fishing off of the dock. I would recommend this condo, as the rental company did address all issues in a timely manner. I just wish we didn't experience this as I was shaken for hours over it.

Bayside 10 was great!! So clean, fully stocked kitchen and adorable decor. We would definitely stay at this location again. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. We also took multiple trips down the coast to see other cute areas like John's Pass and Siesta Key. The staff was so helpful and the on site manager was great!

Nice place to stay

Not far from the beach. Nice place to stay. Communication could have been better with management as this was the first time I have ever used vrbo and sent messages with no response, but it worked out in the end.

Noisy and too much unit construction during popular winter stays

Way over priced for whaat you get. Unit floors not level and created a walking hazard and feeling of possible fall. No parking for guests and small cramped parking for tenants. Can hear chair scraping and muffled voices from other units. King bed up on a platform which made it dangerous to sleep on and have to get up to use washroom in middle of the night.

It was great stay

It was a friendly atmosphere at the property everyone was nice, the place was a cozy little 2 bedroom . place was nice other then a few nicks and dings which was no problem for us at all.

Summer Vacation at Clearwater

Great unit, clean and spacious. separate room and bathroom for kids. Kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of cookware. Beautiful view from the kitchen and living room French windows. Swimming pool on property. Friendly and responsive janitor who lives in the same building. Laundry in the building. 20 min walk to a public beach or 5 min drive to a less crowded beach at Sand Key Park. We had a great vacation and enjoyed staying at this rental!

Disappointed

This unit had some redecorating that looked nice, but the whole place was not very functional. -Awkward living room space with not enough comfortable seating -Wicker chairs are terrible -No hooks for towels or bags -3 glasses, 3 coffee cups; terrible plastic cups kitchen not well stocked -sleeps 6, but only table seating for 4 -twin beds very low to ground -king bed high with only one low bedside table -No place to put luggage in master. -closets are being used for storage so not usable. -bathrooms are very small -mildew in showers -Nice big tv, but cable was not working - beach access is super crowded and no parking there. Too hot and far to walk there. -pool is small, but nice -rental company was great You will love this place if you like 2 star accommodations

Perfect vacation stay

Our condo was clean, ready early, and just like the pictures. It was also a perfect location. Not to close to all the noise but can still walk to Clearwater beach. We will rebook for future stays for sure!

Great vacation!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive to any texts I sent. I would agree with others that the AC could be set a bit cooler. I was a bit warm at night. The location is beautiful with the water right outside your sliding door. The pool was lovely and the water temp perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again. One thing I didn't know was that after I booked on Vrbo, I sent the owner several messaged through the vrbo site to ask a few questions. I never heard back and got concerned. I called vrbo and they said that the property is managed by another company that may not be seeing my questions and that I needed to call them directly. After I called them, everything was great. I just wish that had been made clear from the beginning after I booked on vrbo.
