CWB Retreats at Bayside Villas - Studio 3

Summary:
Kick back and relax in this ground floor space. This smart and charming studio is perfect for a single traveler or a couple, with space for baby in a pack ‘n play. Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. Prepare and enjoy your snacks and meals in the kitchenette or grill fresh, local seafood on the patio bayside. This location allows you to enjoy water views from our bayfront dock and the Mid-Century small-town charm nearby. Situated just blocks from the beach with several restaurants and entertainment. Jolley Trolley nearby.

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am
-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.
-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.
-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry service nearby for a fee.
-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers.

Minimalist, but with very thoughtful accommodations. Easy to walk to everywhere we needed to go. The host was great at communicating, and their recommendations for transportation, restaurants and entertainment were spot on. Very highly recommend!

Things to think about

I made a mistake with this rental. I did not take into consideration that there were no dressers or any type of furniture to place suitcases on or just lay things on. The only area to lay out your suitcase is in the middle of the room where you would walk from the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom sink area had no room for toothpaste and toothbrushes nor any other type of toiletries.

The location is great-close to the large public pool, beach, main strip & pier! On the bay with a small dock to enjoy that as well! Villa was very clean!

Property was “OK”. A little spartan for the 8 days we spent there (I.e no dresser, minimal places to put stuff; coffee maker , but no coffee??)Probably ok for a couple of nights. Living out of suitcase for a week - no good.

Perfect Beach House/Room

We really enjoyed our stay in this airbnb. Extra points because it was so close to the beach and the pier. We also really appreciated the fact that there was beach chairs and umbrellas, so we didn’t have to rent or buy our own.

Spring training

The property was in a good location to walk to the beach and restaurants. The view from the deck was amazing. Getting to spring baseball was easy. Very easy to check in and out of property. Bed was comfortable.

Bayside haven

Studio 3 charmed us. The setting is ideal: the building has a private dock & sitting areas on the bay side of Clearwater Beach, and it's a 5-minute walk to the quietest, most uncrowded part of the beach. Studio 3 is thoughtfully set up, with a functional kitchen, small fridge, cooking & eating utensils, etc. and a very large closet. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided, as is a coffee maker with a week's worth of coffee, dish detergent, plastic wrap, foil, salt & pepper etc. Along with good AC, there's a ceiling fan, lamps, side tables & power strips for both sides of the bed, & windows on both sides of the room, making for a very pleasant layout. This property also has a shared outdoor grill & picnic table. King-size mattress offers less support than we prefer. Be ready to log into smart TV w/ own ID. The host responds quickly & is very helpful. Highly recommended!

Walkability is awesome!

Didn’t want to deal with driving and car rental, and I got the perfect spot. Beach, food, shopping, and trolley were all close. Another plus is it’s not on the noisy, busy strip. And it gets loud !! Adequate amenities and comfortable studio living. I would stay here again
