The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.



Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

Guest Access:

Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Damage waiver fee accidental damage

A lovely get away

My friend & I met up from different locations, so having parking for both of us was great, plus it has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The atmosphere & decor was warm & welcoming.

Not what it looks like in the pics. Floor needs replacing, needs work, it felt pretty icky so we didn’t even stay out full stay. Would not recommend.

Great view from the Dining Room Table!

We booked this condo for 4 nights. We knew it didn't have an "ocean front" view, but were happily surprised that you could sit in the Dining Room and on the couch/chair and had a great view of the ocean. The deck was really big too, but the Spring Break cool weather didn't allow us to utilize it. The swimming pool is small, but perfect for kids and short adults (I'm only 5'2"). They even have "pool toys" that anyone can use. The pool is only about 4' deep, so you don't have to worry about kids going into the "deep end". The only down side is that the beds were much firmer than we like, but that was really a minor issue. We'll be back!

Needs some TLC

I agree with a prior comment that the floor needs to be replaced. It’s pretty bad. And the coils on the stove were sticking out and we couldn’t get them back in, making it useless. Additionally, there were a lot of dishes put away that were dirty. Clean up of the condo could have been better. All in all, we really like Sand and Sea. We’ll be back but not staying in this condo!
