Beautiful home in a Great location with amazing views. So many excellent restaurants nearby, and easy access to Zion and Bryce canyon. Definitely will stay again.

We used this house as our home base while on a spring break ski trip to Brian Head. The house was great with everything we needed! This was the perfect place to home base out of providing a short drive to all the restaurants and amenities of Cedar City while still providing a manageable daily drive in and out of Brian Head! Highly recommend!

Best stay by far. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough good things about it. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, and it really shows throughout the property.We stayed here with two other families for a ski trip to Brian Head, and the home was perfect for a group. The space was modern, very well maintained, and extremely clean. Everything felt updated and comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for a great trip.Rachel, the host, was also very responsive and great to work with, which made the experience even better.If you’re planning a trip to Brian Head, I would highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely come back again.

Mountain Biking Championships

We enjoyed the trip. The house was beautiful. Had all the accommodations listed. The teens enjoyed the theater room along with karaoke. The host was very responsive. Lots of great memories made and we definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfy home

What a terrific place to stay. A group of us came for ice fishing and decided on Cedar City as our home base. We're so glad we found this house. The host is responsive and easy to deal with, and the house is very thoughtfully put together. We had everything we needed, from comfy bedding, to a full kitchen to cook for ourselves, and even games to play in the evenings. We're already considering coming back with our families, because there's plenty of room for everyone. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Cedar City Retreat

Gorgeous home! Like staying in a model home with hotel amenities (toiletries, coffee bar, towels…). Great place for kids (toys, games, dishes, sound machines and shuffle board and a movie room for older kids) and can easily accommodate multiple families. We used the home for a chill getaway from the heat and as a launching place for adventures in Cedar City and Cedar Mountain. They have a few desks to work and the WiFi worked great. It’s so nice that we don’t want to leave, so we are already planning another trip with more guests.

Well appointed, brand new house.

7 of us were visiting Cedar City for some golf. The house met our needs very well. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was complete with everything we needed. The home theater room was also very comfortable with an excellent sound system. We spent several hours in the evenings on the deck enjoying the mountain views although, it must be said that the freeway is also in the view and the truck traffic in particular can be heard (but there was no road noise inside the house). The house is near shops, restaurants and, importantly for some, the State Liquor Store.

As a graduate of Southern Utah University, I fell in love with Cedar City many years ago and our family has always loved to get away to the mountains of Utah. This house allows us to experience all that this city offers now with our kids and extended family.

From the moment we walked in this home and saw the mountain views, we were sold. As a family with young children, we knew we didn’t want to be too far from the city amenities but the view makes you feel like you are really getting out of town. It is the perfect balance of a mountain experience with the city right around the corner.

Our property is unique because we purchased it as a home for our family and friends to gather. We also work remotely while at this home so it is set up with great internet and multiple desks. Everything has been designed with this in mind so it is the perfect retreat for your family. Not to mention the breath taking views and the proximity to hiking, shopping, the university and dining.
