Recientemente el 100% renovado interior, hermosa 2B / 2B apartamento en el 3er piso, techo abovedado y una bonita vista con balcón. Situado en el lado sur de la ciudad, este apartamento está situado en un tranquilo barrio a pie y de la calle principal, Pico 9 Superchair telesquí, restaurantes, tiendas, el río Azul. Sus aledaños amistosas Muchos familiares son de fácil acceso en coche oa pie.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. Tenemos un 'pack-n-play "para los bebés a dormir. Cocina completa con todos los comercios y servicios, y 2 baños totalmente remodelados. Tenga en cuenta: No fumar y no se permiten animales.

Al otro lado de la calle, tenemos una piscina climatizada compartida y jacuzzis con los apartamentos vecinos. Perfect location

The place is a 10 min walk from peak 8 quicksilver lift. We walked daily to the lift. Place was clean and perfect sized. We have all the kitchen stuff we needed. Had some toiletries there if needed. Pool was super fun and heated. 4 hot tubs a short walk with locker rooms to change. Hot tub gets super busy at 4:30-6p. Kids loved the pool with a football from the unit to play with. Over all a super fun trip. Walking distance to everything. We didn't drive at all until we left. Owner checked on via app and phone. No issues

Great spot near the lifts!

I stayed here with my family a couple weeks ago. The property was just what we needed for a quick trip. Check-in was easy, the property is well maintained and it's in walking distance to the lifts. There is also a nice heated pool and hot tub complex across the street for post skiing rehab. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great Host Great Stay

Condo was fantastic. Easy walk to main street. We drove to Breck Connect parking each day, i am not a fan of walking in ski equipment. I suggest a reservation, parking right next to Gondola. Host were great! We had a slight challenge with the lock box and they were very responsive. We are looking forward to our next visit and stay with them.

Well equipped condo for a ski week in February

Well equipped condo. Everything you could possibly need was provided for you. It is on the 3rd floor. It's a bit of a walk to the lift but there is a bus stop close by. We took the free bus home each day.

Great location to town and slopes

My family had a great time staying at the condo over Christmas. Perfect location and nice, cozy condo! We enjoyed the walk to town as well as the free shuttles to the resort.

Short walk to lifts and dowtown

The condo provided good space for the two of us - it's nicely decorated and fully stocked. We could walk, with our skis, to the lift, and also walk easily into town. Great location. We'd stay here again, and would recommend!

Ski tour

We used the apartment as a base for skiing Breck, Keystone and A-Basin. It was comfortable, in easy walking distance from the bars and restaurants in town, and proved to be an ideal base. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect Breck retreat

This is a fabulous property with all of the bells and whistles! Close to ski lift, town and immersed in a beautiful setting of trees. Private deck has great view of mountain. Kitchen is fully stocked and beds/bedding is very comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet stay and host is quick to respond to any inquiries. Our family will definitely return soon to make more Breckenridge memories at this gem!

Great, convenient place

Excellent place in a convenient location. Ten minute walk to the Peak 9 lifts. Just a short walk beyond that to everything on Main St. in Breck. Perfect base camp for our family ski vacation. Plus excellent communication from the owner.

Great unit in Breck

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Breckenridge. Bernadette was very helpful and communicated with us during our stay. The unit was very well stocked with everything you would need and our family of 3 was very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

Cozy condo in perfect location!

We stayed at Bernadette's place for 2+ weeks and it was truly a home away from home. 10 min walk from the slopes and free shuttles a few min away to take you into town. If you choose to walk, town is approximately 10-13 away. Easy access to shared pool and hot tubs. Condo is very well stocked - in addition to spices and other goodies in the pantry (slow cooker!), we were well supplied with paper products and toiletries. Kitchen has a Keurig for your caffeine needs and an excellent selection of pots. We cooked quite a bit and only needed to purchase a butcher knife to supplement the utensils. The communication was great with Bernadette. I am very happy we chose to make this our home base while in Breck and wholeheartedly recommend Warrior's Mark!

Home Away From Home

Nice size for a family of 5. The thought that was put into stocking the essentials was much appreciated. I was shocked that we literally had everything we needed. Large selection of games were well received! Those little touches make a difference. There is an inflatable mattress which was great for my 6 year old. Fans and humidifiers for bedrooms. Plenty of blankets and extra bedding! Wi-Fi and cable/Apple TV worked well! Totally stocked paper goods. Plenty of towels meant no laundry trips. Be prepared that it is on the 3rd floor. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be strenuous for some. There’s a nice deck with chairs of you need fresh air. I also appreciated the thorough communication.

Great people to deal with

The place was exactly as shown on the web. Location was within walking distance of quicksilver lift. The best thing was the communication we had with Bernadette and John. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay there again. We have been coming to Breckenridge for about 8 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at.

Private Tree House

Although you are connected in a condo building on the 3rd floor, you feel like your in a private little treehouse. Great balcony looking into the trees.....very snow covered trees. Beautiful!! The condo fit our needs very well. Super well stocked. If you forgot something at City Market, chances are you will find it in the cabinet or pantry. Only disappointing part was our inability to get a reservation for the hot tub. If the owners could 'pull strings', they would, but it is out of their control. Bernadette almost felt as bad, as property owners, as we felt as the renters. Im not saying you can't get the reservation, just that its difficult. Boo Corona!!! Bernadette answered every question by text immediately. We will definitely be coming back to this condo.

Wonderful Condo

A very nice, clean, well-stocked condo just minutes away from the slopes. The condo was comfortable and cozy. Bernadette, the property owner, was also wonderful. Very helpful and quick with responses to any questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Breckenridge condo

The condo was perfect for our family - two adults and two kids. We really liked the high ceiling in the main room and the remote-controlled fireplace. The TVs also were all equipped with Apple TV which was cool. The location was very close to the village which was awesome, but a little long if walking in ski boots. However, you can store your skis at the bottom of QuickSilver each night or if you wear your shoes for the walk, you can just leave them at the base of QuickSilver. Communication with the owner was great and they had a binder in the condo full of great suggestions. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Breck

Great 2-bedroom/2-bath condo right off the Main Street through Breck. There is a free shuttle just down the street that brings you to the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Reserving the hot tub was a challenging process (we tried multiple times but were unable to), but it did not negatively impact our stay overall. Bernadette was very communicative and clearly wants to make sure you have a great time. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 small kids. The unit was spacious and very clean. It’s a bit of a walk to the lift with small kids, but other than that we would certainly return!

Our family has been going to Breckenridge and had some ownership in this condo complex since 1976 and we LOVE it, it's our second home!

The walk from our condo is 15 minute to the heart of town's shopping and restaurants. The Blue River is 5 minutes away by foot. For those interested in down-hill skiing, Peak 9 Superchair lift is a short walk away as is Ski gear rental and The Village at Breckenridge.
