If anyone in your party smokes/vapes, even if they do not do so in my condo, the residual smells & chemicals pose a serious risk to me. This is not a judgement, I simply must protect my own health.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, top floor (3rd floor with elevator) condo.
Beautiful balcony overlooking serene Lake Marion. Full access to the Club Wyndham resort. Grills must be reserved, based on availability. Do so at the Clubhouse desk or by calling

Dock slip, boat rentals or boat tours, resort style pool with accessibility hoist, gym, ping pong, volleyball, corn hole, horse shoes, basketball hoop, movie nights, craft activities for kids. Santee State Park nearby along with 3 area golf courses.

Primary bedroom has Split King & Queen adjustable beds. Roku TV.
En-suite bath with tub & separate shower.
Second bedroom has adjustable Queen bed, Twin bed with Twin trundle. Roku TV. Full bathroom in hallway with tub/shower combo.
Pack n play with sheets & high chair.
QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM, w Smart TV & DVD player.
Washer & dryer in suite!

Fully stocked kitchen with electric range/oven, microwave, air fryer, convection oven, waffle iron, panini press, crock pot, Keurig & full size coffee pots, tea kettle, plenty of cookware, grilling supplies for shared grills.
Plenty of pool & bath towels. In unit laundry.

Relax & play, fish or boat all day, whatever you choose you’ll enjoy your stay!

***NOTE You have access to the resort and most activities offered by the resort. The staff CANNOT service anything inside my condo.

You are MY guest, not a Wyndham guest. Unlike a hotel, if something needs repair or maintenance you'll need to report it to me and most often it cannot be addressed immediately. It requires a scheduled service call, just like in your home.

My personal dogs visit occasionally but are not permitted on furniture or in beds. If you're allergic to dogs and might react to dogs having been in the unit from time to time, please don't reserve my unit.
Note that the resort has security cameras throughout. I have no cameras inside my condo, but I do have a Ring doorbell with audio/video.
All HOA & resort rules must be followed.
It is not permitted to hang towels or anything from the balcony.
Grills must be reserved at the reception desk, based upon availability. Reserve early!

Quiet hours are 9pm-9am
Sound travels and please be considerate of the other guests, your neighbors and mine.
The pool stays open late most nights in warm weather. It is NOT heated in the winter.

I do not have any other cameras inside my property.

All resort and HOA rules must be followed & are subject to change. They include but are not limited to:
No parties
No additional guests, daytime or otherwise without MY express permission
No additional guests are permitted to use the resort facilities due to insurance regulations
Guest occupancy must be reported to the resort & match the reservation
No towels or articles can be hung from the balcony
No children are to be unaccompanied on the balcony or throughout the resort

This is lakefront property & has all the inherent risks
Swim and use resort amenities AT YOUR OWN RISK

Everyone is there for the peaceful enjoyment of the resort & lake and all are to be respected as such.

YOU MAY SEE BUGS ON OCCASSION IN SPITE OF REGULAR TREATMENT, AS YOU WILL IN ANY SUCH LOCATION.
Finding bugs does not in any way indicate the property is dirty or not maintained & is NOT a reason to request a discount or refund. My property is clean and well-maintained, however it is lakefront and rural. Unscrupulous guests that try to find reasons for refunds or discounts are not welcome.

Eudora Safari Park aprox 1.25 hours away
Columbia Zoo & USC campus Aprox 1 hour away.

If requested in advance, early check in or late check out MAY BE AVAILABLE depending on the housekeeping schedule.
