Your DeLand adventure begins at this 2-bedroom house. Step inside this gorgeous 1925 property close to the heart of DeLand and Stetson University featuring 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and extra sleeping space with a Futon and a pull out sleeper sofa chair. We have WiFi, AC, iron, a office desk, heating, kitchen, boardgames, parking etc., we also have a washer and dryer that needs to be requested to be used. where everyone will feels right at home. With1.5 bathrooms, there will be enough room for everyone to get ready in the morning. While the three additional spaces provide extra comfort it includes a living room, dining room and an office for your work or just to sleep/play in.

You are walking distance away from Downtown DeLand. DeLand has lots of entertainment like an Escape Room, Bars, local Restaurants, Playgrounds, Springs and Museums and much more.
We have for every age something here in DeLand.

The beautiful woodwork of this century old house had us all in amazement. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked with everything we needed. The Christmas tree was beautiful! The toys for the kids were a great bonus!

I truly enjoyed staying here. I was here for work and and the host treated me very well. Placed extra water in the fridge for me and snacks it was well appreciated.

Quaint, super clean, and close

Amazing house and host. Great location near springs, Stetson, and the central FL beaches. House is super clean, with plenty of modern amenities, and is really comfortable. All interactions with the host were quick and pleasant. Great place, will happily stay again.

Everything was excellent. The only tip I have is that the landscaping could have used a touch up. (trim, edge). That would be nit-picking on an otherwise perfect weekend.

A week in Deland

I travel to Deland several time a year and have experienced winters’ chill in other rental units. Apart from being an interesting historic property, the thermostat/furnace combo here allowed us to stay comfortable during the cold snap. Much appreciated!!

In town for the races at Volusia. Location for that was great, the only hit in my review about that was the gas station across the street. Came home at midnight to a 20 minute concert from a car that was filling up. LOL!! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host Nicole was great to communicate with.

We like that downtown is within walking distance from our charming house. Stetson University is also nearby, which adds a nice vibe to the area. Evenings and nights are pretty quiet, making it peaceful to relax on the porch. During the day, it can be busy with the cars since our street leads right to Stetson University and Downtown, where all the fun happens.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We tried to keep as much intact from the house that was from 1925, the flooring is still original and so are the doors. Its just a great amazing feeling of an old building.
