Escape to this cabin in picturesque Westville. This beautiful property features 6 acres of river front, a cozy living room/kitchen with a futon for extra guests. With a heating and AC split unit guests can stay comfortably spring, summer and fall. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower. This cabin is secluded on a private road, wooded peninsula and powered by electric energy. Includes screened in front porch, bed sheets, pillows and shower towels. Pets are allowed and free WiFi at the cabin. There is a fireplace and picnic table along the river bank to enjoy. Experience the magic of the Salmon River beauty at our cabin. Property is on a seasonal limited private dirt road so snow could be an issue for accessing the cabin in the spring and fall. Beautiful nature filled area. Cabin is cleaned by a professional cleaning service before each guest arrives. Firewood for the fireplace is not included but we try to leave some for guests if possible

The cabin was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only issue is the toilet is not private. Great place for dogs.

We had an amazing time! The cabin had everything we needed, was very clean, and everything we could’ve asked for. Everything from small hiking trails, fishing, and just enjoying the fire. Host incredibly responsive and flexible. We would be happy to stay again and recommend this cabin to everyone! Thank you for everything!

The cabin was cozy. The bathroom and bedroom were combined which worked for a couple. Having a mirror over or by the sink would ease shaving. The cooking options (grill, induction heater, and microwave) worked well for us. With temperatures dipping into the thirties at night, the cabin got a bit chilly in the morning. Shawn is a wonderful host. Anytime we needed to contact him, he responded in a timely fashion.The setting is so peaceful! I was there for a Plein air painting event and spent most of my days on the grounds with ample subjects for my paintings.The cabin is about a 10 minute drive from Malone.

Seeing an area where the natives from the Mohawk nation and the Amish work the land and are very friendly was great. We found a few antique shops worth giving em your time. And we spent a day in Canada...the cabin was clean. And the area is beautiful.

Loved it! I came to the area for a 3-day training in the local school district. This spot was perfect. Even better than the pictures :). Very clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Shawn was very easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place is number 1 on our list of places to go. It was so relaxing, very excluded, no neighbors to bother you. The river was so nice, listening to the babbling water. We did not want to leave, next time we will make our stay longer & possibly sleep in the lean-to.

Salmon river stay

The cabin was clean, comfortable and just the right size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the public campground directly behind the cabin made for a noisy weekend. The week days we stayed were very peaceful and quiet. Shawn was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Easy check-in via lockbox, great communication from Shawn, unexpected nice touches just made it easy to enjoy from the first moment of arrival. Love the screened in porch and the babble of the river, more lightning bugs than I have ever experienced in my life. Nice and quiet refuge. All positive things to say. Grill worked great, and loved the variety of seating options and fireplace.

The property and location was absolutely beautiful. They spared nothing and thought of everything one would need for a fantastic stay in their Vrbo. I would highly recommend them to all and we are thinking about maybe another trip there in the future.

Lovely Cabin By The River

Nice secluded cabin by the river. The rapids over the rocks are so calming, a sound that is perfect for those sleep sound tracks. Cabin offers all the amenities needed for a peaceful getaway into nature.

It is a peninsula surrounded by the great Salmon River. Great for fishing and enjoying the peaceful area. This Amish built cabin is surrounded by 6 acres of river on a 7 acre lot. Fireplace and picnic table on the river banks to enjoy. Fire wood is not included for the fire pit but we try to leave some wood for guests if possible
