This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Dania Beach, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All 3 bedrooms with TV! 1 King primary with en-suite bath, 2 other bedrooms w/ queen beds. Additional bathroom is large in common area with bathtub. We provide fresh linens, plush towels, and toiletry essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) for every stay. Each bedroom comes dressed in clean white linens and 2 sets of towels (bath and wash cloth). In the bathrooms there are 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 additional set of towels, along with a make up towel.
KITCHEN & DINING
The heart of the home—updated kitchen features an island ideal for gathering & entertaining. Fully stocked w cooking, dining & serving essentials. Kitchen island seats 2, dining table seats 6.
BACKYARD
Features: heated pool (AVAILABLE FOR A FEE), chase lounge seating, and dining area, BBQ grill, string lights, and privacy fence.
This family-friendly home is fully equipped with all the essentials for traveling with little ones, including baby items such as a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and toys ensuring a hassle-free stay for families with young children.
With easy access to nearby beaches, shopping, dining, and major attractions, this property is a great base for exploring all that the Dania Beach area has to offer.
All of the house is available - totally private. Access through the main door off the left side driveway.
