This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home sleeps 6+2 guests and most rooms connect to the pool and patio via glass sliding doors. There are 2 King beds and 2 twin beds plus a queen sofa bed. Truly charming bamboo wood floors throughout and a tastefully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances. The voluminous vaulted ceilings and plantation shutters convey an ample and welcoming Florida boating and beachy feel. The Heated Pool has a picture frame screened enclosure, covered travertine marble patio, gas grill and table and chairs allowing for the full outdoor grilling and dining experience. The fully fenced backyard is exquisitely landscaped for complete privacy.


Guests must be at least 25 to book. Anyone under 25 will be removed without a refund. Violations may result in a $300 fine.

East Dania Beach is the newest Exploding South Florida experience, everything is just 7 minutes away from Starfish House. From Dania Casino to Hollywood's Boardwalk along white sandy beaches and tropical turquoise waters to the recently opened Dania Pointe with tons of shopping from Anthropology to Hobby Lobby, the coolest dining from Tommy Bahama's Bar to Cooper's Hawk. There is a huge new Regal Cinema, a Bowling Alley and a playground in the center of everything for all the kiddies. Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Ft. Lauderdale are just minutes away, you name it, we have it in Dania!
