Outside, you`ll find a secluded, fully fenced backyard, a deck, and a charcoal grill—an ideal space for privacy and tranquility.

Located just a 5-minute drive from The Beachwood Mall and a 2-minute walk to the vibrant Cedar-Warrensville shops, bars, and restaurants, this home offers convenience at its best. CVS, Whole Foods, and the local library are all within walking distance. Plus, you`re only 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, the Cleveland Orchestra, and The Cleveland Museum of Art.

Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property

🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. (No CATS allowed)
Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
