Let loose along the famed Las Vegas Strip from the comfort and luxury of The Boulevard, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Situated at the northern end of the Strip, this resort offers ideal access to the city's signature gaming, shopping, dining, and glittering spectacles to keep you energized day and night. When you're ready for respite, the resort's dramatic "Desert Deco" design, rejuvenating spa, and elaborate swimming pools will revive you inside and out.

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite features a large primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate whirlpool jet tub or soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, and convenient kitchenette, and can be easily locked off from the main living area to create a relaxing element of privacy. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, cable, and DVD player, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen. In-suite amenities include an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/views depending on where it is assigned by floor. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN ON PROPERTY: Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and during all activities. HGV Team Members are not responsible for supervising children.

For properties with an Activity Center: Unaccompanied children will not be prevented from leaving an Activity Center nor is it the responsibility of Hilton Grand Vacations to supervise unaccompanied children inside an Activity Center.
