This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is less than an hour away, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 15-20 min, and downtown St. George is only 10 min away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.
Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This is the perfect place that offers so many varieties of activities and adventures in the St. George, Utah and Zion National Park area. Perfect conditions for rock climbing, mountain biking and exploring all the canyons! You can also experience hiking and biking on unique trails. Come to experience sunny St. George where your vacation is packed with adventure!

While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from nearby construction. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop, and we're confident you'll still enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in our beautiful home.
Enjoy the brand new community pool and 2 pickleball courts just across the street! The pool has a large hot tub, two lap lanes, and a shallow end with plenty of lounge chairs.
Room Configurations:
All Bedrooms are on the Upper Level.
Primary Suite 1 - Features a King bed with TV. (sleeps 1-2)
Guest Suite - Queen bed with TV. (sleeps 1-2)
Bunk Room - 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed and 1 Twin/Full bunk bed. (sleeps 3-5)
Primary Suite 2 - King bed with TV and desk. (sleeps 1-2)
No parking on the street. There is a two car garage for your use with extra parking spaces in designated spots throughout the community.
There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.
