Esta casa está cerca de todo lo mejor que Chatham tiene para ofrecer. Pasee por la calle hacia Chatham Perk para tomar un café por la mañana o para comprar sándwiches para un almuerzo de picnic en la playa. También estamos a poca distancia de Lazy Lobster, y a menos de 2 millas de Chatham Light Beach, el carril bici y Chatham Town Center.

La quintaesencia de Cape Cod, desde la entrada circular cubierta de conchas hasta las tejas y persianas de estrellas de mar. Mirándolo, ¡nunca adivinarías que puede acomodar fácilmente a tantos invitados! Nos encantan los espacios generosos de vida y exteriores que nos permiten entretener cómodamente a nuestra familia y amigos: ¡hay mucho espacio para reunirse o escabullirse para leer un libro en privado!

El primer piso cuenta con dos cómodas salas de estar, una con un televisor de pantalla plana y un área de comedor contigua que incluye una mesa de comedor de 7 pies, ideal para cenas familiares. También en el primer piso hay una moderna cocina comedor, un baño completo, un dormitorio que contiene una nueva cama queen con pillow-top y un dormitorio principal con una nueva cama king con pillow-top y televisión de plasma.

El segundo piso cuenta con 3 dormitorios y un baño ¾.

Fabulous stay!

We came down for a long weekend to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was exactly as described and the perfect space for our family! Will absolutely be looking to book again next time we are heading to the Cape.

Great rental!

We loved our stay! The house is convenient to town and the Chatham baseball games. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen had all the items anyone would need. We enjoyed the backyard and the gas fire table. We played badminton in the yard as well. The host was very responsive to all questions. Would def stay again!!

We had a great stay! Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful in planning our stay. She helped us with the linens/towel rental through an outside company as this is not included in the house cost. She communicated with the company to set up the beds before we checked in and was able to let us check in early once the cleaners were done! The house is located outside of the main downtown area of Chatham but getting Ubers was easy and only about a 5 minute drive. The only downside was the house didn’t have any shampoo/conditioner so we had to get that last minute. All in all we had a great stay!

Lovely home

We loved everything- the paint colors, the comforting furniture, the lack of clutter yet beautifully decorated, the gorgeous deck, the beds, the fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful family weekend here, with long mornings drinking our coffee outside on the private, comfortable deck. Lighthouse beach was a wonderful day. We were but a mile from our wedding venues. What a treat!

Crooks' Nook is a big hit

My family truly enjoyed our stay at The Crooks Nook! It fit our group of 11 (kids & adults) perfectly. We prepared all our meals in the well-stocked spacious kitchen and ate together most nights at the long table out on the deck. In fact, we spent a lot of time outdoors around the gas firepit or playing pitch'n'catch, croquet, frisbee... Inside, the dining/family room was large enough for board games, puzzles, TV watching, and toys! Leaving the living room available to the grown-ups who had work commitments. In addition to all of that, like others have said, the owners were very responsive. We definitely recommend.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is great and all we could want for a Cape Cod house. 9 of of us were comfortable with plenty of space and enjoyed our time. The property is located perfectly. There is a beach within a 4 minute drive and a great coffee shop and raw bar across the street. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The owners are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great convenient place for family to meet and explore Chatham and Cape

We had a wonderful stay - everything was professional and as described with a very responsive host. The location is very convenient as a base to build your trip around. Highly recommended.

Family vaca

This was the perfect location and home for our family! The kitchen was very well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The backyard was spacious and cozy, allowing the kids (and some of the adults) plenty of room to play some catch with the football, while the remainder of the family enjoyed the deck and watched. Kate was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Fishing weekend

Kate’s property was great. It was exactly as advertised with no surprises which I greatly appreciated. Every amenity you might need was accounted for. Kate was prompt in her responses to all my questions. Hosting a large group is not easy and everyone felt like they could settle into the property and call it home for the weekend. Thanks again!

I loved the property and the outside features, however I do believe at this price, linens should be provided. It would have made all the difference in the world to us. Otherwise, the place is awesome!!

Ideal for a weekend getaway!

This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of space and close to so many beaches and shops. The inside was charming, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and the backyard was relaxing and quiet. Also appreciated that there was a coffeeshop right across the street. Kate was very helpful and quick to respond. It was a pleasure to stay here -- would recommend!!

Wonderful Stay

We were a large group - 8 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for all of us inside, and a terrific deck with sectional and fire pit outside. We especially liked the large driveway ( so we could all get in and out) and the family plus living room- we used every bit. It was a lovely home with attractive comfy furniture , plenty extras - including toys for the kids and beach chairs. The outside shower was a plus, and we made good use of it, it was so clean and enjoyable. No one wanted to leave, and everyone said they liked this house the best of all we have stayed in. Thank you to the owners!

Perfect vacation home away from home

The home was lovely. Clean, charming, comfortable! There were 11 of us. All family members. The yard was large, the deck was inviting and the location made it easy to get to all the beaches and hot spots we wanted to visit. We have been vacationing in Chatham every summer for the last 11 years. This home and its owners are at the top of our list of favorites.

Cape Cod getaway

Spent 2 weeks with family celebrating a destination wedding. Enjoyed the beach, whale watching, pirate museum, glass works, maritime museum, Atwood house and browsed the shops on Main Street in Chatham. Wonderful restaurants topped it off.

We were in town to remember my uncle- we needed a good space with multiple bedrooms for family. The house was perfect for our stay.

My husband and I currently live and work in Boston, and have two (soon to be married) adult daughters living in Southern California. Paul is originally from North London, England, and I grew up in Needham, MA. We both love Cape Cod — Chatham in particular — and wanted a vacation home we could share with our (large) extended family and friends.

We love the location of this home because it's in one of the charming historic districts in Chatham, and close to everything. We can walk or bike everywhere — to restaurants, beaches, downtown and the bike path.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Looking at it, you would never guess this house can easily accommodate so many guests! We also love the generous living and outdoor spaces that allow us to comfortably entertain our family and friends — there is plenty of space to all gather together or to sneak off for some privacy to read a book, or take a nap! The large fenced backyard is great for the kids to play croquet, bocce, or a game of wiffleball. And then, of course there is the location, which is convenient to just about to everything in town!
