Alcazar House walk to Historic District .

Located in North Davis Shores, Alcazar House is a short walk to the Historic District and all the many attractions of Downtown including the Fort, St George Street and many of the wedding venues just to name a few. It is less than 2 miles to Anastasia Park and the beach. It is also close to the Amphitheater, Lighthouse, Alligator Farm and many restaurants and shops. Recent renovations to our home include a new kitchen, two electric fireplaces and smart TV 's in the living room and bedrooms.
The home also includes a screened porch and fenced backyard. New appliances including a washer and dryer. You will love this beautifully decorated home so close to all St Augustine has to offer!
Other things to note
Dog Friendly - $125 non refundable pet fee. Maximum 2 dogs unless approved by management. No Cats or other animals/pets.

Additional rules
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am including weekends. No parties, gatherings or celebrations. Only registered guests permitted on property. Parking limited to 3 vehicles.
Maximum of 2 Dogs (fees apply) & NO CATS or other animals.

I cannot say enough positive about the property or the Host. This property is quaint, cute, cozy, peaceful, and the positive adjectives keep coming. First off the host was very helpful with answering questions before we arrived. The check-in process was quick and simple. The neighborhood is quiet and nostalgic. The directions to the property were easy and the location is gorgeous. Close eateries and access to main roadways, but quiet and secure. The house is a 1950s style with perfect upgrades to make our stay so comfortable. Nothing was needed other than food and drink. They thought of everything. We had our pup with us and the fenced yard was wonderful. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and safe. All the house’s amenities were new, updated and perfect for our stay. The screened porch was a favorite place to relax, especially during the afternoon rain showers and thunderstorms. The WiFi was fantastic. No problems the entire time. We were on a new home search mission so this was a big deal to us. Any questions were quickly answered by the host and she was very informative about the local area for eateries and entertainment. Lion’s Bridge is near by and drops you into the historic district and the fort is nearby. We cannot say enough good things about staying at this property. It was our first time using a vacation rental and we were pleasantly surprise and had such a great experience. This property must be considered if planning a stay in St Augustine.

Amazing! Beautiful property, walking distance to the Lions bridge. Plenty of restaurants around. All and all a delightful vacation. Landra is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Alcazar Stay

The house was just as described. It was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. The house is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our questions and provided a lot of information about the area and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and can’t wait to go back.

Nice house

House was clean with clean towels and bathroom products. We had 6 guests and the listing says 8 can stay. We ran out of toilet paper so had to purchase some.Two of the guests were single so we did have 4 cars. My daughter stopped by for about 30 minutes one evening to pick up something and another sister stopped by to have a little dinner with us. We got a complaint from a nosey neighbor that there were too many cars.We saw the nosey neighbor with a clip board and pen taking notes in the front of the house. There were two HUGE unwelcome guests. In one of the bedrooms between the window and the screen and the other one in the garage. They were huge palmetto bug cockroaches that were about 4 in long. No lie. Yuck! Other than that we had a wonderful time and thank you to the host for allowing us to rent your VRBO house.

Long weekend in St. Augustine

Fantastic and extremely relaxing house. Older home with updated modern kitchen with everything you could need to prepare a gourmet meal. Great touches to blend the character of the home with updated finishes. Super comfortable couch and beds. Extremely quiet neighborhood which is great for morning and evening walks and is a short 10 minute walk to downtown. Several restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. Very friendly neighbors. Owner also left a wonderful bottle of wine for us upon arrival, which we truly enjoyed. Owner was hands off, (which is the way I prefer) but let me know through email she is available if you have questions. One could not go wrong renting this great house close to all the sights of St. Augustine.
