Beautiful 3bd / 2 bath home walking distance to Historic District of St Augustine and a short bike ride to the Beach, Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, Amphitheatre and more.

Escape the hustle of downtown with a short stroll over the Bridge of Lions. Enjoy the many Davis Shores farm to table eateries and St Augustine's famous seafood restaurants.
The space
Only a short walk to the Bridge of Lions and downtown. Escape the busy downtown and enjoy the laid back lifestyle of Davis Shores.

Additional rules
- Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am including weekends. No parties, gatherings or celebrations. Only registered guests permitted on property. Parking limited to 3 vehicles.
Dogs only(fee applies). NO CATS please.

Outdoor seating, fenced back yard with native landscaping.
Guest access
Guest can access entire property, including private yard.
To access the house you must climb 4 steps. No wheelchair access.

Dog Friendly - $125 non refundable pet fee per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. No Cats or other animals/pets.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We absolutely loved Saint Augustine and loved how close everything was to the house so we could walk. This location is perfect. The outdoor patio space was great for our grandkids and doggies. We truly enjoyed being here.

This is such a wonderful home, in a great location, and the host was on top of everything and even sent us a great list of everything to see, eat, and explore in the area! We will definitely stay here again.

Mother daughter weekend for Sing Out Loud Festival. Property was amazing! Tastefully decorated, beautiful and comfortable. So cute - such a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Owners were amazing and quick to offer suggestions and respond to questions. Will now be a go to for any future trips!!

It is the perfect location! Plenty of places to eat nearby, within minutes of the beach or historical downtown. Spacious property there was 5 of us, we had plenty of room to not be on top of one another :)

Lovely property, spotlessly clean with everything you need, comfy beds quality furnishings and plenty of space. It is easy to find and a 5 min drive into St. Augustine, plenty of bars within walking distance. Landra was a great host check in was easy and she provided loads of information and tips on the local area. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch, would definitely return next time we visited St. Augustine.

This is a beautiful home. 1950s Era with a touch of modern day. The house is very spacious and clean. The host was very welcoming, and left us a bottle of wine. Everything you needed was there from pots to pans, towels, and beach accessories. There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Yes, this one is a gem, nestled in downtown Saint Augustine. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful location!

Host was very informative from booking to check -in! House is conveniently located to alll my favorite hangouts. Local breweries near by and cool shops! Very cool courtyard in the back with multiple seating areas. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting the amphitheater! Very short distance to walk over Bridge of Lions to visit more of St Augustine.

Love love the house! Has been beautifully restored and on a quiet street. Just a short walk over the bridge into town for all the fun. Also very dog friendly and the furbie had a great time. Only thing lacking were dish towels in the kitchen and storage for dry goods. A great break from life and we will be back.

Wonderful! Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. The location, a quiet lovely neighborhood is convenientlyclose to the Historic District, is great for dog walks.The fenced outdoor areas are lovely, very private.Highly recommend! Awesome girls' weekend in St Augustine!

The location of this property is excellent. A short walk to the Bridge of Lions and you're in downtown St Augustine with all of the sightseeing and shopping for which it's famous. The property was exactly as represented in the photos. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The host was very responsive and gave us excellent suggestions and assistance in making plans. We will definitely be back!

Great House, Great Locaton, Clean

Spent a long weekend with son and friend. Good location, 19-15 minute walk to town or a 2 minute Uber. Place was clean, well supplied with necessities for renters and owner was quick to respond to questions. Comfortable beds, patio out back to chill, kitchen with all you need to eat / cook. Would absolutely stay again! Did I say clean? Kudos

Always a Great Experience!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Landra is always incredible to work with and responds to communications very quickly. The home is very well-appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were in St. Augustine to view the holiday lights in Old Town and the home was so cutely decorated for the holidays! This will be our go-to vacation rental any time we're in the area.

Phenomenal property

The property was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Anything you could possibly need was provided. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. What a kind gesture. Every streaming service possible was available. We needed a new propane tank and within minutes Landra showed up with a new tank. Prior to arrival Landra sent a message offering suggestions for local points of interest, best restaurants, suggestions fir pictures of the sunset. etc. The information provided was quite helpful. The house is conveniently located to historic downtown. 10 minutes to the beach. We loved this property so much we decided to reserve for 2026. Highly recommend restaurants in thecarea,cetc.

This property is very clean, and has everything you need to have a great quiet and peaceful time. We loved the back patio and gas grill, plus the fully furnished kitchen as we cook a lot instead of going out to eat every meal. The beds are comfortable and had a great nights sleep during our stay. It just feels like a house I grew up in, and noone wanted to leave. The hostess is very gracious, and when we come back we will be staying here again! Do not pass this house up!
