The cottage was totally misrepresented. The furniture was very old, blinds broken, no curtains, busted up front door , bedroom door wouldn’t lock. All the pictures on the website were either staged or photoshopped. Very disappointed in this rental. And the price is ridiculous considering what upgrades could be made possible. I was told this was the rate charged for the location but my family also rented a few homes down and what they got was far superior. Would not trust this site again.

Perfect location for exploring Wellfleet! My kids loved being able to walk to the playground, the beach, and Mac's for ice cream.

The location & communication before & during & after was perfect. The front door has a crack that you can see through & some of the doors did not close all the way. There were not any blinds or curtains in the kitchen, which made privacy hard, with the other cottages so close, and people sitting outside. The blinds that were there were needing repairs. The shower was tiny, but the water pressure & hot water were great. Very well stocked with towels & kitchen wares.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location in Wellfleet! Mayo Beach is steps away and we enjoyed walking to the Bookstore for dinner. Parts of the cottage are a bit dated, but otherwise the small cottage worked well.

Fabulous Cottage

This cottage was fabulous! It was super cute and exactly the right amount of space. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was great. We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Cute little house in a perfect location right across from the beach. Easy to walk to the town pier, restaurants or up into the town. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were good quality. There are space heaters to use when the gas fireplace doesn't heat up.

This place is right across from the bay and walking distance to Wellfleet. Lovely outdoor area to sit and eat a meal. Served our needs completely.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this quaint cottage with a beautiful view and great location. We enjoyed walking to dinner and watching a sunset on the beach. The sunrise was amazing as well! Definitely coming back.

Quaint seaside shanty

We really enjoyed are time in the cottage. The location is perfect for walking into town or just across the street for a beach walk. It was great for just 2 of us, very cozy. It had everything we needed! We would rent here again.

New favorite place to stay

Cottage was perfect and what was explained to a Tee. Getting a call from the office to check on our first day experience was a really nice touch. Can't wait to return.

Great location to all the beaches and restaurants and close to Provincetown as well....! Plenty to do. Luke is really nice and very willing to accommodate. Slept great the entire time.

As listed, this home is a 600 sq ft 2 bedroom cottage that is designed to be a cozy, classic Cape Cod retreat with water views and a walkable location in Wellfleet. Great location, cute cottage, ok communication

Loved our stay. The cottage provided everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Communication through their portal was a bit onerous and sometimes didn't work. Responses were slow.

Great stay in Wellfleet

Cute little cottage across from Mayo beach. Very attentive property management company with multiple checkins and follow up. Had issue with tv and fireplace and they came that day and fixed. Would rent from Del Mar again!

Cape Getaway

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Cottage is rustic but comfortable. Easy to access and friendly. Told them the blinds were broken in one bedroom and they offered to come out right away. Wasn’t necessary and wasn’t urgent, just more of an FYI to fix for the next guests but was nice that they offered to come fix it right away. Again the location is wonderful.

Beautiful rental!

This rental was beautiful and an amazing location, so close to the water and town! Check in was easy and convenient. The only thing that we were uncertain on based on the listing was what to bring for the kitchen since cooking utensils weren’t mentioned in the listing. Our unit did not have a cutting board which we would have brought had we known.
