Perfect spot for a lovely autumn getaway!

Perched on top of a dune with steps down to a private section of Truro's Ryder Beach, this home features floor-to-ceiling windows, four bedrooms (including a spacious master bedroom suite), two full baths, a powder room, an enclosed outdoor shower, a large, wrap-around deck looking out over Cape Cod Bay. The views and the sunsets are superb. Quiet location; great for families. The entire house has been completely and beautifully renovated. Brand new AC and heat as well as new furnishings, beds, utilities and appliances throughout. New as of summer 2023, separate office and yoga studio with internet (as well as in the main house). Solar panels provide green energy and battery backup prevents power loss during an outage of the grid. Two kayaks can be used to explore the bay. Very convenient to great restaurants, activities and shops in Wellfleet, Provincetown, Orleans, Brewster and the National Seashore. Guests have all kindly raved about the house! It really is a great spot at any time of year. Enjoy the long nights of late spring/early summer as well as the gorgeous quieter time on the Cape in the fall. Summers, of course, cannot be beat!

Perfection on the Cape

We had an absolutely phenomenal time! The location was fantastic, the house was wonderful, and Laura and Mark were attentive and caring hosts. It was simply the perfect place for our Cape Cod vacation! We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Gorgeous bayside home

Most deluxe rental I’ve been in after 20 yrs of renting in outer cape. Thoughtfully appointed, chefs kitchen, private staircase to bay beach. The owners couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming.

Best place to stay

This is hands down the best rental home I’ve stayed at—and the first one I’d jump on the chance to return to. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt like home from the moment we walked in. The view was absolutely breathtaking, we noticed something new each day. You can’t beat the location—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. It seems they have thought of everything you might need in the kitchen and out - beach chairs, work out space, even kayaks.The host was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it… unless it’s during a time I want to come back! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views

Our week stay in this beautiful Truro Home was nothing short of amazing. The view could not be beat, it was absolutely spectacular. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable for our family of 8 to stay the week. We had additional family come join us for beach days and dinners during our stay and the house was more than spacious to accommodate everyone. Communication with the owners was flawless. Did I mention the views?! We would 100% stay here again.

Amazing house and view

We had an amazing two weeks at the house with our family of 5 (kids ages 1,3,6). The renovation is beautifully done and incredibly thoughtful. The layout and wraparound deck make the house feel large and spacious. The view is just stunning. Super easy access to a gorgeous and private beach which was so amazing to have during such a busy summer at the cape. Have never had more responsive and thoughtful owners than Mark and Laura. Couldn't recommend this property enough.

A magnificent Fall Family Getaway!

Everything about this property is top shelf. The amazing view is magnificent and this beautiful home is stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. We decided to spend Thanksgiving in the Boston area where my son lives. As I researched homes, I decided to take a look in Cape Cod and I am absolutely delighted to have found this peaceful retreat in Truro. It has the most amazing view and every detail in the home is spectacular and first class. We had everything we could have needed to enjoy our week and the fall season is truly special in the Cape - from Provincetown to Chatham and of course, Truro. Mark and Laura were excellent hosts, providing excellent communication before, during and after our stay. And did I mention the spectacular view! We enjoyed every minute!

Amazing views! Lovely home.

It was as advertised! Clean, well furnished, private and amazingly well equipped, especially the kitchen! Good quality, attractive excellent appliances. The deck and view are breathtaking. Would come back.

Perfect Clean and Quiet Beach House

This is a wonderful property, very clean, beautiful view, sunsets ever night over the water. My family stayed here for a week in August, and it was a perfect place for us, we are hoping to return.

Fantastic Home

We had a wonderful time staying at Laura and Mark’s home. The home was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. The views and sunsets are amazing. The house had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed. The herb garden was a treat to add to our meals. The beds were super comfortable and it was such a luxury to not bring sheets! The outdoor shower, which my family looks forward to in beach rentals, is fantastic. My teenaged kids loved having their own area including the outside space on the lower deck. I loved that the house was small enough that everyone still gathered and spent time together. I could not have asked for a better place to spend time as a family.

Paradise!!

I can't say enough about the exceptional property that Mark and Laura own. This year we invited 6 guests to stay with us at various times during our stay and everyone of them was in awe of the house and the spectacular views of the bayside you can see from the deck and inside of the house. A definite site to behold all day and especially the incredible evening sunsets over the water. The house is. In an ideal location of the Cape and you will find it to be very quite and realaxing for your stay.and there is ample room for your guests... Our rating after 20 plus annual visits to the Caoe, renting houses, a definite "Thumbs Up"... You have to experience this house and setting for yourself and I guarantee you will not be disappointed, Thank you so much Mark and Laura, we loved everything about it!! Steve and Karen

Perfect house in a perfect place

This is a beautiful immaculate house with one of the best views on the Cape, and is steps away from a great, very private stretch of beach. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend the property. The owners are very responsive and hospitable and made us feel welcome in their home. Every detail of the house has been thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained, and the app is a very user-friendly guide to it all. Our family and friends (many of whom have been spending summers on the Cape for decades) who joined us for dinner on the terrace marveled at the view and admired the house.

A couple fell in love with the Upper Cape, Truro and Ryder Beach many years ago, and were lucky enough to find our beach house here. As former summer vacation renters in the area ourselves, it's honestly been so much fun renting it out to so many lovely families and their friends.

A very unique site with spectacular views and beach. It's an amazing feeling to be there. The house itself provides great views and layout. We have completely renovated it to highest standards while keeping its mid-century modern character. Best of both worlds! Let us share it with you! You will not be disappointed.

Direct access to gorgeous sandy private beach very close to the National Seashore. Lots of fun tidal pool activity during low tide. Architecturally-special TechBuilt House on private road. Very quiet, rural location. Entirely renovated with new deck and landscaping; great kitchen for cooking as well as wonderful outdoor grill for bbqs. Fantastic family home. Near historic towns of Wellfleet, Provincetown and Chatham with fantastic restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. Kayaking, sailing, fishing all nearby. Easy fast ferry access and Cape Air flights (half hour) from Boston to Provincetown, twenty minutes away.
