Enjoy on site laundry with washing machine/dryer, High Speed internet/WiFi, Two full bathrooms, and a dedicated office workspace. Relax in the comfortable living room with an optional queen air mattress included for extra sleeping. The outdoor features include a deck and furniture for relaxing after a long day of exploring, a fire pit, and a fenced in Backyard for your pets.

This quaint and comfy home was just-right for our getaway weekend visiting our NMU daughter/granddaughter. We appreciated all the little extra items provided. There was no need to run out and buy anything! We were lucky to have beautiful weather, so it was nice to sit outside on the back deck while our pup sniffed around the fenced-in yard. Thank you for providing the perfect home for our stay!

Overall, a wonderful stay and we were all very pleased with the accommodations. Every inch of the home had been updated, it was clean, and it was evident that the host went out of his way to make us comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl’s house in Marquette. It was very clean and convenient to everything in Marquette. We worked for some of the time we were there, so it was helpful to have a desk setup. Beds were both very comfortable, as was the living room and the kitchen was well stocked. There were bery nice, thoughtful touches throughout the house. Would definitely stay again!!This was something completely outside Karl’s control, but they are doing construction on the lot behind the house, which was sometimes loud and shook the house due to the use of heavy construction equipment. It was fine for us but just want others to know about that happening right now during the day. Hopefully that part of the construction phase will be done soon as otherwise the neighborhood was very quiet.

The home was clean, comfortable and close to hiking trails and downtown. The back yard was fenced in for our pup who loved to watch the deer run through the back ravine and eat apples. Would definitely stay again!

Great property and host. Karl clearly put effort into the accommodations and amenities provided. The location was ideal for biking, an easy ride to Marquette’s South Ttails, North Trails, or a chill ride by the Ore Docks / Lake Front / Presque Isle. We’ll definitely look into booking this one again!

Winter trip.

Trip to see my son who is a student at NMU. Property is in a nice neighborhood. Home is very nice and clean with everything you need and more. Highly recommend the property.

Great stay!

Property is perfect for 3-4 people. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! Loved the fenced yard for our dog - he was mesmerized by the deer passing through ❤️

Loved staying at this cute little home for Thanksgiving with my Wildcat! Very comfortable and had everything we needed even fenced in yard for our dog. Karl proptly returned our messages and quickly help resolve any issues. Would definitely stay again

Great secret!

Second stay and still impressed. The beds are comfortable, two baths for extra use, nice patio area for outside, work from home capable. Home is in a quiet area close to all the things Marquette has to offer. Hosts are exceptional.

Perfect home away from home

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great to work with, and very quick with response to any question I posed. The house is a very cute 2 bed/btah that met my needs for fully furnished. You can tell there was much thought put into some of those everyday necessity items that tend to be forgotten. I was able to work from home here,usi.g the desk area provided, which also had the items needed for me. Looking forward to my next stay.
