Lovingly named after the majestic live Oak tree in the backyard—affectionately called Frederick—this home has a story to tell, and it warmly invites you to be part of it. House was cute and recently renovated. Spacious. The upstairs has a separate entrance from the outside; there is no internal staircase, so for families with younger kids, it may not be ideal. Both units have a kitchen/kitchenette and living room. One bathroom/2BR upstairs and 2/2 downstairs. Nice screened in porch and firepit on the patio. Beautiful property, very close to Old Town.
