This beautiful 113 square meters apartment in a SUPERB LOCATION overlooking a quiet back street in the center of Paris on the first floor with an elevator is located in a residential building with a guardian in the heart of the historical MARAIS .
Steps from the Seine and steps from the Metro and the lively Rue Saint-Antoine, you have the Marais, the Ile Saint-Louise (ice cream galore!) and beyond that the Latin Quarter all within easy reach and giving you plenty of choices for shopping, eating & nightlife. Bonus points if you can "discover" a very large section of an old city wall of Paris (Philip Augustus) and the charming Village Saint-Paul very close by!The location is ideal, within walking distance from the Metro and Bus as well as wonderful restaurants and fresh groceries (fruit stores, cheese & meat shops, Carrefour, & Monoprix).
There is a beautiful garden next to the apartment that you can see from the dining room and you can always hear beautiful birds chirping when you open the windows.
The location is a little oasis of calm in the bustling city and yet very walkable to everything. the metro st. paul is right around the corner. if you go, try the restaurant, Chez Mademoiselle, perhaps 100 yards away, excellent food and very nice staff.
