A private waterfront sanctuary on the Imperial River in the heart of Bonita Springs! Enjoy our fully updated 4bd 3bath home with all new furnishings and decor. This gorgeous home is only 2 miles from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach, located on a private drive with only 4 other homes. This peninsula home affords captivating views from sunrise to sunset on both canals in front and back of the property. Our private home with heated pool accommodates 12 guests.

The space
Experience the pinnacle of coastal living at this extraordinary home!
Enter into the open concept marble floored entryway and to your right is a dining area with a dedicated work space.
Up a few stairs you will find the vibrant open area kitchen with an oversized island/breakfast bar that has seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, an extra large fridge, and all the kitchen gadgets you will need for your stay.
Around the other side of the kitchen, walk down a few stairs and enter the expansive living room. There is a sectional sofa, with a pull-out double bed. Enjoy the view out of the triple paned sliding glass doors that looks out to the pool area, and the Imperial River.
Off of the living room, is a plush guest queen bedroom with a dresser and night table. The laundry is also located in a closet in this bedroom.
Connected to the queen bedroom is a full bathroom accessible from the bedroom and also the hallway on the other side.
Up the stairs you will find the other three bedrooms.
On your left, the first bedroom is a bunk room with a queen over queen bunk bed, ample closet space, and a large dresser.
Next to this bedroom is the guest king room, also with ample closet space and large dresser.
In the hallway is another full bathroom for these two rooms to share.
The amazing primary suite includes a full wall of closet space, a large dresser, and two night tables. There is a large sliding glass door that leads to a private sundeck providing panoramic water views. Enjoy watching the boats go by on the chaise lounge chairs. The primary bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large sparkling shower with a bench seat.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart televisions.
When you are ready to relax, head outside to the private pool area. This fully screened in pool area with an outdoor shower ensures bug free relaxation and plenty of space for sunbathing on the 8 lounge chairs or the cozy chaise lounge for 2!
The outdoor cooking area is equipped with a large grill, single burner stove, and mini fridge. Enjoy your meal outside at the table with seating for 10, or the cozy sofa set under a covered terrace.
Be sure to look out for our dolphins and manatees that commonly visit!
Located close to many attractions including; Lover's Key State Park (popular swimming and kayaking area with frequent manatee and dolphin sightings), Everglades Wonder Gardens (wildlife preserve with many different species of reptiles and birds), Coconut Point Mall (very large outdoor mall with over 100 stores), Bonita Beach Park (white sandy beaches with parasailing and kayak/paddleboard rental), and much more!

Guests of this home have access to beach accessories and chairs located in the garage.
Beach/pool towels are provided for guest use.
There is a pack and play for guest use in the master bedroom closet.
Highchair for guest use is located in the garage.
The Keurig duo coffee maker is available for use with pods or brewed coffee.
The grill is hooked up to an inground propane tank, you do not need to connect it to a freestanding tank.
