This house is in a great location and is suitable for large groups. The pool area is spacious with plenty of furniture. The closeness to the beach and restaurants is another great perk. We had only minor issues which we addressed with the manager, and would stay again in the future!

Best Vacation House Ever

My family has rented roughly 30 houses over the years. This house is the best equipped, most comfortable home we've rented. The pictures don't do justice to the size of the rooms! The kitchen, bathrooms, pool area, beach equipment are so well stocked. We are always wondering if we need to bring kitchen equipment, beach gear, etc. We decided to travel lightly this year, not normal for us. We were thrilled with everything. The pool area is first class. Again, the pictures don't do it justice. It is the biggest I've encountered at a rental. The water temp was perfect and so, so clean. The location is wonderful. So many grocery stores, restaurants, Beach stores etc. within a couple of miles. The beach is both quiet and busy. If you setup by Doc's Beach House, you'll encounter a lot of activity. If you set up 50' in either direction, you'll have a peaceful area. If you are second guessing the value, location, comfort, size - STOP! The best we've rented!!!

This was one of the best equipped rental properties we have ever encountered! Everything and anything we needed was there. The property manager worked with us about getting access since we had 5 couples traveling in from all over the country. Heated pool was a real bonus in December. Great stay.

Great house and excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house is excellent for larger groups. There is plenty of room to be together, but not feel cramped. The pool was the favorite spot for everyone to gather and relax. The location with Doc’s just a 2 minute walk away was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again when coming to Bonita Springs. The owners and property manager were great to deal with, very responsive readily available if needed. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Best vacation rental ever

House was just as described- super clean and roomy and the pool was perfect- even in 90 degree heat it was cool! The kitchen was by far the best stocked of any rental I’ve ever had! Lots of beach chairs, towels, pool & ocean toys - my family & I enjoyed every minute - short walk to beach also

Great location and house for large group

We had a wonderful time on our spring break. We had a total of 15 of us and everything was great. The pool was perfect when we were tired of the beach, which is as super short walk. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again if we come to this area.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

Our family of 11 stayed here for one week from April 2 - 9, 2022. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk across the street and there is a VERY LARGE wagon for hauling everything that you need there and back. There were beach chairs, floats, toys and coolers. The pool area was wonderful for the kids and adults while breakfast, lunch, and dinner were being prepared or when beach time was over. The owners were very responsive to all communication and we actually got to meet them in person while we were there. Fort Myers Beach is just a short drive (traffic is crazy though during peak hours.) This is the perfect home for a large extended family. Our family consisted of "The Parents" and their 2 daughters with spouses and children. Children's ages ranged from 2 - 17. There was plenty of space if you wanted some quiet time and a nice big dining room table where we enjoyed full family meals. I highly recommend this property and we definitely hope to return in the future!

Great location and awesome house for family of 10

My family and I enjoyed our time at this Bonita Beach property. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The spacious house provided our 3 families each with their own space. Outdoor space is awesome, we spent a good deal of time there. Kids loved the pool. Several restaurants within walking distance - our favorite - Cocount Jacks. Sweet Melissa’s for ice cream (a short drive) - was a daily stop.

I would rate it 7 Stars if I could.

Great property and a great location. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Two washers and Dryers made staying up on laundry easy. Loved the wagon to move stuff back and forth to the beach. Would recommend to anyone to stay at this property.

The home and pool were immaculate. Great location. Not too far of a walk to the beach. They even had a cooler, rafts, beach chairs, and wagon to put everything in to transport to the beach. Excellent communication with the manager and owners. I would stay there again and I highly recommend.

A fantastic homely spot in a perfect location

Before writing this review, I asked myself what I wanted to see when I was looking for a place to spend the week by the beach - I want to answer the questions I had: Is booking this place safe? Absolutely. Everyone we communicated with were brilliant. The owners, the management company, making payment, security deposit refund all seamless. We're not from the states so paid by Foreign Bankers Draft which could be traced from home. We got contracts through as soon as the Deposit was sent. Is the house nice? This is where Kings Kew is set above others many others. We started by looking up and down the coast for a place by the beach and stumbled on this place by chance. Houses to accommodate enough people (we had a party of 15) along the coast in touching distance of a beach are beyond expensive. Comparatively speaking this is fantastic value for money. We arrived in Bonita after 2 weeks in Orlando, and unlike the McMansions of Kissimmee this place was very homely - there was a sense that you were a welcome guest at someone's home - pictures on the side table, medals from success at running events, well thumbed books...absolute bliss. The owners sent a floor plan before we travelled. We worked out the sleeping arrangements - plenty of space for us all. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable, there are 2 utility rooms, a "granny flat" and 2 spacious comfortable living areas (adults took one, the kids took the other). The decking upstairs has a lovely view across towards the beach, and the pool area is much larger than we expected. Finally... What is there to do? You sure won't be bored. - 2 minutes walk to the beach & Docs Beach House - Sand, Sunsets, breakfast, sports bar, pizza, beer, jet skiing, ice cream, - 5 minutes walk to Coconut Jacks - stunning food & Cocktails - 40 min drive to Fort Myers - Ocean Drive, waterfront houses, Lovers Key State Park, Great Beach - 30 min Drive to Naples - Dolphin Watching on the Pier, white sands, beautiful houses (but very quiet in the summer) - 50 min Drive to Marco Island - Dolphin watching Stunning beach (Check out Snook Inn) - 60 mins to Captain Jacks Airboat Tours - we seen dolphins, Wild Gators and sped through the Mangroves. (didn't like the animal "sanctuary" though) - 22 mins to Miromar Outlet Shopping - 8 mins to the South Tamiami Trail (a road with every restaurant, bar, food chain you could imagine). All in all... a perfect house in a perfect location. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way - location, features, comfort

From the moment we drove in the driveway we were happy. The house layout and the location are perfect! We had 8 adults and 2 young children (our family) spending the week together. The house was everything we could ask for with separate areas for each couple. The pool area was such a great spot to hang out and enjoy the beautiful sunshine if you didn't want to walk to the beach. Loved everything about the interaction with the owners as well as the overall vacation. Best vacation.

Well stocked!

We loved our stay at this well kept home. There was many beds, large decks, an extra tank of propane, beautiful pool and area, well stocked kitchen and lots of linens. The location was great for the beach, entertainment and best of all shopping. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in this area.

A perfect home for families

This was my family's first time renting a home in Bonita Springs, Florida. The home was perfect and had all of the amenities that we needed for us and our little ones to be safe and comfortable. The rooms were perfect and the pool too. The location was ideal for beach access. We enjoyed the abundant sea life, warm still waters, and we eventually perfected paddle boarding! We also enjoyed seeing the gators in the channel. The owners of this property were a pleasure to plan with. I received a lovely thank you letter after our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting an exceptional vacation.

Spring Break 2017

I can not say enough GREAT things about this property! The house is beautiful, inside and out. Clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, room enough for the whole crowd! Three families shared this house (11 total) and we never felt crowded at all. The kids loved the pool in the afternoon and evenings. We loved being on the canal ~ and got to see several manatees and even a dolphin swam by to say hello. Short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery, restaurants galore. We especially loved Docs, the great little bar/restaurant across the street! The owners were wonderful as was the property manager. Can't wait to go back!

Paradise Found!

This beautiful home allowed plenty of space for our group of seven adults. The five bedroom/four bath home is equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel 'at home' in a tropical setting. The main kitchen was well equipped, there were two laundry rooms, as well as two common areas for people to congregate. This location is a convenient drive to the airport, to Ft. Myers Beach, and to Naples. A short walk to the beach -- which offered beautiful winter sunset views (over the gulf) from the home's deck. Great restaurants within an easy walk. The home features a heated pool under a lanai - with a view to an inlet just behind the property (where one could fish, if they choose). The home is in a beautiful, quiet residential area. We spent a beautiful, fun and relaxing four days there ... making memories to last a lifetime.

Perfect snowbird hideaway

Our five couple group enjoyed a week together in this beautiful home. The location is a short drive from the Ft Myers airport and a minute walk to Bonita beach. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and Naples is short drive to the south. Five bedrooms, four baths, two laundries, two family rooms and a fully equipped kitchen made us all very comfortable. We enjoyed ocean views from the deck, fishing from the dock and the large, lanai covered pool. We would love to return.

Perfect home, perfect location!!!!

We've stayed in the Bonita Beach area for the last 20 years and have found the most perfect house of all, it fits all 12 of us easily, is well equipped for that size of group also. With its location close to the beach and golf courses within a short drive it's the best of oth worlds!!!! B & G are awesome to deal with and make the stay like it's our own home!

Summer in November

As always Fla. is a great place to visit and staying here is probably the best part about it. We did a girls trip and had a great time. The house is perfect for adults and kids alike. The pool enclosed by the beautiful lanai makes for a perfect gathering place for all. The ocean is a hop, skip and a jump and Coconut Jacks is our favorite place for 5:00 somewhere! You're gonna LOVE it!

The PERFECT Beach Retreat!

We had the pleasure of renting this home for weekend getaway for a group of friends who've been friends for 30+ years. Unfortunately, one of our group passed away the week of our arrival - and we needed to be in town earlier than planned for her memorial service. Gretchen, one of the owners, was wonderfully accommodating and allowed us to arrive several hours early. Although our weekend was bittersweet, this home provided the perfect place for us to stay, allowing us to barbeque, sit around the pool and just be with each other without being on top of each other. The house is immaculate and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a vacation - a wonderfully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, 5+ comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms galore and a relaxing, waterfront (and breezy!) pool area (we even had the pleasure of watching the next door neighbor catch some BIG tarpon). Having the beach literally across the street and a wonderful scenic sidewalk where we could take a morning run was just icing on the cake. We were "kid -free" this weekend but we hope to go back with the kids - they'd love it!

Location, Location, Location!!

Awesome vacation! This house is perfect for adults with kids/teenagers or multiple families vacationing together. Great set up with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry upstairs and down. Lots of living space and everything you could want/need while away from home! It has a great dock, a beautiful pool with an enclosed lanai that provided a fun hang out in the evening and it's a quick walk to the beach! The kitchen had everything needed to feed a large group and the upstairs deck with the grill was perfect! We would highly recommend this house and the location. We can't wait to stay here again!
