Welcome to our charming getaway in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

This spacious house comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers an array of amenities for a perfect getaway.

Enjoy the private pool, a cozy lanai, a new gas grill, and a playscape for the kids.

The master bedroom is a serene retreat featuring a door that opens directly onto the lanai. From the comfort of the king-size bed, guests can wake up to the sight of hummingbirds feeding at the feeders. As the day begins, they can enjoy coffee while observing extra-large bumble bees and butterflies feeding on the colorful flowers surrounding the pool.
You will likely see deer, turkeys, the yearly returning swallow families, and other birds that love the baths and feeders we work to keep full.

The master bathroom is large, with a seated shower and two choices of shower heads. A railhead is one. There is a lighted vanity with a seat for even more comfort.

The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and offer picturesque views of the giant oak trees just outside.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting a 9 ft island and a gas stove top.
Guests will find plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, and complimentary spices for their culinary creations. This well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals in a comfortable and inviting space.

We are grandparents, so there are several things in the house that you are free to use.

We can provide a Pak n Play, sheets, a highchair, a potty seat, a step for getting on the potty, kid dishes, toys, books, and puzzles.

Games for grown-ups, too!!
A cornhole set is available, but if you are a serious player, you may want to bring your bags.
Lots of board games.

The pool area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. With outdoor speakers, ample seating, and a new gas grill, guests will enjoy cooking with the bar-b-que tools available.
As the day winds down, the firepit provides a fun way to end the evening with smores and stargazing.

Ask us about heating the pool for an additional charge. It takes time, so please let us know ahead of time if you desire this.

The home has a peaceful and tranquil ambiance, immersing guests in the beauty of nature and calmness.

If you want more action, downtown Austin is only 45 minutes away.

Marble Falls is 20 minutes away and has many restaurant choices and gorgeous water.

Lake Buchanon and Lake Travis are also a short drive away. Feel free to bring your boat as there is plenty of room to park it.
