Amazing villa, in an amazing location!The villa itself is large, spacious, and extremely clean and tidy, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to be able to prepare a meal. The location of the villa is also great, you can walk down the steps (not the easiest walking back up the first time in Croatian sun) to the beach which takes 5 minutes, or walk into town via the road outside the villa which takes 10 minutes. The pool was great, perfect for a swim after a day of exploring. Omis itself is stunning with so much to do, from boat trips to white water rafting, Ziplining or just wandering through the old town taking in its history. Highly recommend this villa, and the owners Marinko and Daniela, were amazing, on hand if you needed anything, but also giving us some information on local must-sees and restaurants to eat at.

Fabulous apartment in stunning location with wonderful hosts

Our family of four stayed for a week in August in this lovely apartment in a stunning elevated location overlooking the sea in Omiš. It is probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever had - everything you could possibly need. Three double rooms, a great lounge, balconies and the 8m pool was fabulous and particularly refreshing in the hot weather. Our hosts Daniella and Marinko were so friendly and helpful giving us lots of information about the local area and leaving us a few supplies to get started. It is in a great location walkable to the old town with restaurants (10mins down) and local beach (5mins down). Walk/steps back up are a bit steep so not great for elderly or very young but we all coped fine. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing pool/beach holiday with plenty to do locally (rafting, boat hire etc). The view is stunning and wonderful to wake up to each day!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Bei Ankunft hatten wir eine reichhaltige Schlüssel Obst auf den Tisch und Säfte im Kühlschrank.Weintrauben konnten wir direkt auf unserem Balkon pflücken.Von den Balkonen und vom Pool aus hat man einen super schönen Blick auf Omis und das Meer und den Strand. Die Gastgeberin Daniela und Familie ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.Sie haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und auch für eine Schiffstour Infos telefonisch erfragt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man, auch wenn es ein paar Stufen sind, schnell am Strand. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Very spacious apartment with breathtaking views, in ideal location.

The apartment is modern and very well equipped and was ideal for our family of 4 ( 2 children in their 20's). The owners were so friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about our stay being comfortable- Daniela even drove us to the supermarket after our arrival. The elevated position means that there are a lot of steps down to the town and beach (and up again!), nevertheless everything is within walking distance and the the amazing panoramic views make it worthwhile. The small pool is perfect for a cooling dip and all the outside space is private. There is air-con in the lounge, the (ensuite) bedroom and in the hall at the end of the corridor, which meant that the other two bedrooms could get a little warm at night, but we managed ok. Overall we would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a fabulous time in the villa, it is the best equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. Daniela and Marinko were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Daniela even took us to the supermarket on the first day. The pool was great and the location and views were lovely. The beach was a very short walk away and very nice. We highly recommend. Thank you so much!

The most amazing place and lovely hosts

The villa was fantastic , but the view from the balcony was even better . We couldn’t fault the area but what really made our holiday was Daniela and Marinko went the extra mile to make our stay extra special and a huge thank you to them for doing so - we will be returning next year without a doubt . Daniela and Marinko also have another rental property 6 minutes away in gata which is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend

Lovely property with perfect hosts

Very clean and spacious property. Very well furnished with all the amenities you would expect. However, the most important part of the stay is the wonderful welcome and the help we received from Marinko and Daniela. They were the perfect hosts.

Great property and amazing hosts

We had a great holiday in this apartment which we rented for 6 of us. The apartment is well provisioned with everything you need, very well maintained and has a real homely feel. The private pool was a great escape from the busy beaches when we wanted it and it's location was perfect for strolling into the old town at night to eat. Best of all is the warm welcome you will receive from Daniela and family. We were made to feel so welcome and at the end of our stay when we had problems with our hire car they were incrediby helpful. I would fully recommend staying here.

Amazing place and host

My family ( 4 adults/3 children and 1 senior) stayed at this villa this July. I have nothing but great things about both the villa and Daniela the host. From a welcome drink; to finding my elderly mother a walking stick ; to helping set up the villa to accommodate us; to driving my mum into town when she was struggling a little, Daniela was amazing. The villa itself is very spacious - and was exceptionally clean. With its own private pool and several balconies that had amazing ocean views the place was perfect for us. We knew it would be a little bit of a squeeze with 8 as we had 3 children and one senior and the bedrooms are 3 double beds - but Daniela came up with a creative solution which meant all the cousins could sleep together. The kitchen was great -very well equipped - there were 3 air conditiong units and all the rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage. Lots of towels were provided and there was also a washing machine which was a bonus for us as we were travelling for a bit. There is really only one thing to be aware of (and this is only if like us you have a senior with you )- there are a lot of steps up to the villa once you arrive at the villa and from the beach. This is not unusual for Croatia at all - but my Mum did struggle a bit with that. The walk into the town was only 10 mins or less and we did this several times a day. I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastisk sted og gjestfrihet

Vi har hatt en fantastisk uke her. Meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt vertskap, som legger til rette for at alle skal ha et herlig opphold. Fikk mange gode tips til aktiviteter og spisesteder av vertskapet. Godt utstyrt leilighet og kort avstand til sjøen. Fantastisk klart vann, topp for både store og små. Et av de beste oppholdene vi har hatt, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Vi hadde et uhell i løpet av oppholdet, og en måtte til sykehuset i Splitt for undersøkelse, da stilte vertskapet opp med sjåfør og var med som tolk. De var til stede hele dagen og sørget for å vi fikk den hjelpen og informasjonen som vi trengte. Vi har ikke opplevd maken noensinne, og vi er evig takknemlige for all hjelp. Takk, takk.
