Dear Olesja, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We have almost all 5stars reviews and do our best to continue so. We will take all mentioned points and try to improve where we can, where it is really needed. We always had best remarks for cleaning and that is the point where ware 100% sure that it was good. We always can make mistake and admit and clean if needed. We are surprised that you were the 1st guest who thought that you have all Villa for yourself, not unit but entire Villa with 6 units. It is very transparent in the web presentation. If you were not sure, you could have asked us before you booked. Loud neighbours- we have very quiet families here and quietness is very important to us. If someone is loud, guest come to the reception and we warn the guest to respect house rules. Sehr geehrter Herr Stjepic, Danke für Ihr Feedback. Es wundert uns doch, da Sie da aus Kroatien kommen bzw. Kroaten sind, und diese Gegend sehr gut können trotzdem unsere transparente Präsentation nicht gut finden. Wir stehen 100% hinter allem was wir geschrieben haben und das zeigen viele Fotos. Wir haben die Gäste aus den ganzen Welt und gab es nie ein Problem mit Transparenz und Beschreibung, ganz im Gegenteil, wir haben einen 60-70% Anteil an Stammgästen, was unglaublich grosser Anteil im Tourismus ist und wir sind sehr Stolz darauf. Das zeigen auch unsere Bewertungen die fast alle 5 Sterne sind und Ihre ein Stern aber Ihre Motive sind, wie wir aus den Gesprächen herausgefunden haben, ganz persönlicher Natur und haben nichts mit der Villa bzw. Unterkunft zu tun, warum ist da so wir überlassen es Ihnen und Ihrer Gewissheit als Mensch. Umso mehr wenn Sie die andere Häuser bewerben in dem Sie es als besser bezeichnen. Dear Kristine, First of all we would like to thank you for your feedback. Sometimes things go in wrong directions and then from the moment on where the first thing doesn’t turn out right we start looking and searching for only negative aspects and don´t see the sea of positive aspects surrounding us in our Vacation anymore, this is probably what happened. “We did not receive the warm welcome other guests have described and we had a hard time understanding the host (maybe because we only speak English and not German?).” I had the honour to welcome you personally as the owner. As I remember we had a nice talk when you arrived and we also managed to organize check in before it was officially stated. You mentioned problems communicating with us because we speak only German. I studied Business Administration in English and German in two countries (Sweden and Austria) and speak also Italian, Spanish and “of course” Croatian. I really don´t understand how our communication could have been difficult, but I accept your opinion. Our reception manager Mrs. Jelena speaks fluent English as well and other guests have given best feedbacks to her, not only because of language but because of the way she approaches people, her kindness and by her way of communicating. Almost all staff is family otherwise it would not be possible to have such good service in a very short season. Our guests are very important to us. We have parking places free of charge which is very rare in this region and our Riviera Omis /Makarska. There are only 14 parking places if you pass down the road by Villa Divina (plus 6 in front of Villa Divina) and most guests don´t move their car before they leave. The road is “one way” and ends at that parking place, how can there be high traffic? I really don´t understand. Only our guests use this road, it is NOT public but private. You mentioned that you prefer crowded public beaches instead of our private one and we accept your opinion. Everybody can check out the beaches you mentioned on the internet and make their opinion. Marusici is the only place in Riviera where the houses are not on the beach-level and there are no bars on the beach. We are very happy that we are 40 m above the sea level and that is first of all why we can proudly provide every apartment with the most beautiful sea view and second of all why it is one of the cleanest parts of the Adriatic (which is confirmed by all studies).
