Chip Shot Manor is located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona – a lake destination along the Colorado River. We are 2 ½ hours from Las Vegas, 3 hours from Phoenix, and 4-5 hours from the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.

The property centrally located in the Golf Course Residential Estates community. It is a 5 minute drive to the Riviera Resort Launch Ramp or to the Havasu Marina.

Guest access
You have private access to the entire property except the garage, during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Chip Shot Manor any time with our secure, keyless entry.

WELCOME GUIDEBOOK
You will receive a digital welcome guidebook once you book that contains all the house information you will need. We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.

PARKING
Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars. On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking for multiple boats. All vehicles must park on our premises.

SWIMMING POOL
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $125 per night (Oct-April). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.

HOT TUB
The use of the hot tub is included with your stay at no extra charge. Please let us know if you want to heat up the Hot Tub. We can do it for you remotely. Please do not touch the pool controls.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on each side of the house at pool equipment, doorbell, driveway, and at south end of the backyard for your protection and security of the home.

SMOKING
To keep our home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.
