Vacaciones en el Paraíso es una unidad con usted en mente. Esta unidad de un dormitorio tiene una cama king size, un tamaño sofá / cama completa y una cama oculta. Un ascensor le lleva hasta a pocos pasos de mi unidad. Todas las puertas de acceso para discapacitados y hay una lavadora / secadora apilables. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cada habitación tiene una televisión plana seleccionados. El balcón tiene una magnífica vista de la playa y el Océano Atlántico.

Worst experience with the owner I have ever had. To start the vacation, Jim, the owner, calls me on the way and requires me to write instructions down. Not sure why an email or text wasn't sent instead, nonetheless we talked on the phone and got the information. Place is nice, a bit oddly laid out but great view and very clean. The day we were leaving, Jim, knocked on the door at 9:50am, an hour and 10 minutes before the checkout time. He barges into the room and starts fixing the dehumidifier that we were "required" to maintain during our stay. He made this clear by threating the security deposit if we had not. While he was putting the dehumidifier into the sink, he invites the service lady to come in and start cleaning the room. At this point we were still packing our things. This whole time the owner is complaining about someone else's bad review they just left and if it wasn't bad enough, he brings up politics! Had Jim called like he did at the beginning of the vacation and asked to come and clean the room early, this all could have been avoided. Yet, our vacation ended on a very sour note, and we will never stay here again.

Comfortable condo. Easy access to restaurants and the beach. The pool was clean and enjoyable to use. I would definitely come back to this unit.

Great location with decent view

When he called to give us the checkin instructions he me tuoned they had a moisture issue in the co do and to not "air" the unit out as it will vause a mold issue. I thought he was just over stating, but no there was a constant 'wet feeling to our vlothes and the bed as wll as moisture on the floor as well. Then we started seeing the mold shoeing up. In the laundry closet ieling, the bathroom wall, the kitchen wall then the bedroom ceiling and the wall by the nightstand. This as well as a constant mildew smell in the bedroom and we were starting to see mold on our can as shoes as well. It made for a very unsettling stay. No issues in the living room area that we saw. It was all the rest of the co do. Once we talked to the owner he brouvht a dehumidifier un a d it was working overtime emptied the tank 4 tumes i less than 12 hours and it was still damp jn the room less than it was.

Beach trip

Property was clean with nice view of the beach. Owner was responsive when called. VRBO listing showed there was toaster and blender but we could not find either one.

Couldn’t be closer!

This spot is right on the beach and has an awesome pool area. We made the space work for our family of 4 by simply moving the table to the other side of the room and using the Murphy bed. No dishwasher after all, so don’t bank on that. Also I thought the couch was a pull out but is not. That at was okay for us since our kiddos could share the Murphy bed. The unit was clean, had a good view of the beach/ocean and instructions were clear. Nice to be able to wash towels between trips to the beach. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, and gave clear and helpful instructions. This place is also super close to a ton of good restaurants and attractions. Would stay again for sure!

Unit great

The property needs to keep pool area organized. I couldn’t use lazy river, it was the kids pool. No floats ever! Pool and hot tub great but someone needs to keep lazy river for the older folks to just float. If I found it vacant I would jump in, five min later kids swimming into or under you!

Everything about our stay was great. Room was very clean. Had the code before I left the house. So, super easy ck in. Just walked in. The location was great. Near everything u want in North Myrtle Beach. Owner was easy to contact. Didn’t really need to though. Everything was great.

stay at Verandas

This was a tough one as the location of the condo was great as was expected. However we found the condo itself was an awkward design-more like an efficiency apartment. You walk right into the bedroom. The kitchen was very small with no counterspace to work. Very little utensils and the bathroom was right across from the kitchen. The connection to the living room was very narrow. There was no toaster(we went a bought one) no dishwasher and no hairdryer. The lazy river was not working the whole time. We thought there was no bathroom near the pool but found it inadvertantly our last night there on the second parking deck. If you stay out all day and eat out all the time this would work but to eat in was a chore. Plus it says 4 can sleep here with a murphy bed but you you need to move the table and chairs and it would be tight. This was not for me and I would not stay here again.

My Independence Trip

As a woman, I have never traveled alone before. This stay was my first time ever to vacation by myself, and it was a 5 star trip. No problems at all. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay another week, but nothing was available. Thanks to Jim, Wendy and Carl. Check in was easy. I was very safe.

Clean little condo

If you’re looking for a quick getaway in a nice clean place, then this is your home away from home.. Everything you need, from a cute kitchen to the comfortable chairs on the balcony.Did I mention the bathroom? LOVE the bathroom! River rock in the shower with a rainfall shower head. Right on the ocean and very easy to get to. Loved it!

Great Place to Stay

Book this condo for our anniversary trip. Location was right on the beach with its own beach walkway. It is within walking distance to anything you want or need. Jim was always available to contact if needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Condo was nice and Jim was great with communication. The ocean view is a side view over the roof of a building but still an excellent view.

Great family vacation

We stayed here May 20-27. The owner Jim was very friendly and communication was great. Check in and out was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues with the condo during our stay. There was a great view from the balcony but sitting out there all you can hear are motorcycles which was a huge bummer. This is no fault of the owner just something to keep in mind.

I bought this property primarily because it is Ocean front. It has elevators that many condos do not have at the beach. I also purchased it because it has wide doors throughout and is thus handicap accessible. I have a personal family member that is wheelchair bound. This unit gives her the opportunity to come and enjoy the beach!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condominium is only 16 years old and that is quite young at the beach. Being newer brings many features that are appealing. Elevator service and wide doors make these units handicap accessible. The pool, lazy river and jacuzzi were just recently renovated and are spectacular to both behold and enjoy. The Ocean view from the balcony is breath taking and reminds you why you came on vacation in the first place. The unit is just steps to main street with its bars, restaurants and frequent festivals and activities. Golf courses abound nearby and the outlet malls are just a few miles to the south. Come on down and enjoy this Vacation in Paradise.
