Oceanview Condo Steps to Beach

Welcome to Crescent Towers West! This inviting condo is just steps from beautiful Crescent Beach and offers all the comforts of home in a private and intimate building of only 12! You'll love the private balcony designed for relaxation and making memories. Featuring ample seating and front-row seats to the breathtaking views of the Atlantic, it's the perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee, a good book, or a family meal.



***This is a 3rd floor condo WITH NO ELEVATOR. While we feel it is not a difficult walk and the top-floor view is worth it, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.***



⛱️Please be sure to familiarize yourself with North Myrtle Beach's umbrella, tent, and canopy rules. We have found them to be different than a lot of beaches we ourselves have traveled to.



PARKING

There are two spots designated per unit in Crescent Towers West. They are located under and around the building. A parking tag must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. This tag is located in the unit and must be returned at the end of your stay or the HOA charges $50 which will be charged to you. Overflow parking is located nearby. Please reach out if this becomes necessary and we will direct you to its location.



ENTERING THE CONDO



Upon entering the unit with your unique door code, you will enter to the first bedrooms to your left and to your right.



QUEEN BEDROOM AND BATH (On left)

This bedroom features a Queen bed with a 43”Smart TV, dresser, and a closet for your use. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo as well as a double sink. This bathroom is also able to be accessed from the hallway.



BUNKBED ROOM (On right)

The second bedroom features a bunk bed with unique DOUBLE mattresses as well as a trundle bed that can be pulled out for your use. Please note if you choose to use the trundle, sheets are provided but a duvet is not. A closet is also in this room as well as a 43” Smart TV.



KING BEDROOM AND EN-SUITE BATH

The final bedroom features a King bed with a large TV and a sliding glass door which accesses the porch. You also have a private en suite bathroom with a stand up shower.



LIVING SPACE

The condo's open living space provides ample seating with a comfy sectional and 65" Smart TV perfect for kicking back and watching a movie . In this space is also a dining table with seating for 6, as well as 3 stools at the counter. A fully equipped kitchen is a great place to cook a meal for those times you choose to stay in.



OCEANVIEW PORCH

This is the reason we bought this condo - you absolutely cannot go wrong with a great outdoor space. We spend almost all our time out here and we think you will too. There is plenty of seating and at night, the soft lighting makes it truly special.



GUEST ACCESS

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a unique code to enter the condo. Please note that there is a camera built into the lock as well as another external camera for your safety. There are no cameras within the condo itself.



LINENS & PROVIDED SUPPLIES

***This is a self-catering property, but we do provide a few supplies to get you started. There is a Walmart and many other options in very close proximity***



What is provided:

-Freshly washed sheets for each bed

-Towels, hand towels, and washcloths

-Sponge and kitchen towel

-2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

-Paper towel roll and two garbage bags

-Amenity basket with travel sized bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, face towel, makeup towel, and toothbrush

-One pod laundry soap

-One pod dishwasher detergent



Check-In: 4 pm

Check-Out: 10 am



Guests have full access to the pool. There is also a grill for use.



A Pack and Play is also on premises. Please sanitize and return to the closet if you use this item. Thank you!



RULES:

NO parties.

NO pets.

NO smoking inside or on the porch. If this rule is violated and furniture and/or cushions are burned, there will be a $300 charge.

Please be respectful of neighbors and guests in terms of excessive noise and hours.



***Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and offered at an affordable rate through Airbnb. We cannot be responsible for any unfortunate interference to your stay including weather, illness, or airline issues.



Golf carts and motorcycles are permitted. However, they count towards your allotted 2 spaces. Additional parking is available nearby.



You will have full access to the condo with the exception of two owner's closet.



Communication is highly encouraged with any and all concerns and questions. I take great pride in my interactions with guests and love to know if you are having a great time or what I can do to help improve your stay.



This condo is located in the Crescent Beach area across the street from Baywatch. Enjoy being close to all the restaurants, dining, and activities that the Grand Strand has to offer. Just a few miles from Barefoot Landing and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach.
