• Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. There is no parking for recreational vehicles, boats or trailers on property.

• Not all suites are oceanfront, we are unable to guarantee oceanfront views

• Most of the pool space is located on the indoor side for your enjoyment all year-round with a few feet extended outside for your sunbathing pleasure during warmer months

• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

• Suite layouts vary and are not guaranteed.

• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
