Welcome to Rollin' on the River!

Rollin' on the River is a beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath condo only 2.4 miles from stadium. This space has a fully equipped kitchen - everything you need to make a meal and get caffeinated! This is also a pet friendly unit. Although there are no direct river views from the unit, the river and amenities are just steps away from the door! Once outside, enjoy sweeping views of the Black Warrior River while strolling through the walking areas and complex. The dog walking area and cornhole area is just a few steps away from the back door of the complex.

Dining:
There is bar seating in the living room, bar seating at the kitchen island, and seating at the couch. The coffee table has the ability to rise up to dining height while sitting on the couch. You could potentially seat 8-10 people doing this.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Rollin' on the River has King beds in every bedroom and can sleep up to 8 people, including children. Every bedroom has a private en-suite bathrooms with tub showers and walk-in closets. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Parking: You will have 3 parking spots available to use. The spots are not assigned, but you must use the parking passes left for you inside the unit.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
