Welcome to our luxury, sophisticated, spacious and stylish home with views of a beautiful Seattle skyline, Mt. Rainier & Puget Sound located in the Southeast Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle.

Steps to Ella Bailey Park & Magnolia Village w/coffee, dining & shopping. Within driving distance from Smith Cove Park, International Fountain, Seattle Children's Museum, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Olympic Sculpture Park, Kerry Park, Centennial Park and Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and chill out in our modern and charming home - both levels feature large format doors that provide a convergence of indoor & outdoor living. This home offers a unique experience that will make your stay unforgettable whether you are in town for business or pleasure!

On the main floor, we have our spacious living room filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom upstairs has a double-sized bed, and a jack & jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed and a TV.

There are a lot of great spaces in this home that you can enjoy! We have a family room downstairs with a TV where you and your family can relax or gather, a gym/flex space, pinball machines, shuffleboard table, washer & dryer and a 5-piece custom bathroom with sauna.

A spacious fully-fenced backyard, BBQ propane grill, high-speed WiFi, and 4 driveway spaces in front of the house are all available during your stay!

Magnolia Home Away From Home

This property was wonderful, with plenty of room for our family to spread out! The views are amazing, and the home well equipped - with gym, sauna, game room, and a well appointed kitchen.The host is responsive and friendly, ensuring we have a comfortable stay through timely communication.

Excellence in Seattle

Everything you need for the perfect visit to Seattle. The booking process was seamless, communication was flawless, and the home is 5-star in every way. The amenities are beyond anything I've ever experienced in a VRBO, the beds are more comfortable than home, the neighborhood is quiet, and the views on a clear day are priceless.

Stay in Magnolia

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Location within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and home has a beautiful view of downtown Seattle. Large space easily accommodated the family and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Some items in the home were not working properly which were communicated to the manager. This is a pet friendly property and some of the spaces could have been cleaned better prior to our stay.

The host had pretty good correspondence, and the house is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. It is not well-appointed, however, and needs maintenance.Pros:- mostly quiet neighborhood, pretty close to the main Seattle things to do.- big house, enough space for everyone.- great views.- nice washer and dryer.Cons:- uncomfortable furniture. The mattresses, couches, and chairs need to be replaced.- no window coverings in bedrooms, bathrooms, or main spaces.- difficulty finding the key to get inside in the dark.- not as well-appointed as I would have expected.

Amazing !!!

We had a group of coworkers on a 2 week project and stayed at this location. In 15 years of doing this, and staying all over Seattle, this house was by far…THE BEST!!!Sure there were hiccups, propane tank was empty and the coffee maker died. But those were taken care of immediately. We were bummed that the 3 pinball machines pictured, were actually only 1. And the shuffleboard needed media, but those definitely were not deal breakers. Thank You for a great stay

The house was great for my family. There was plenty of room to accommodate us. The place was clean and inviting. The view of Seattle and Mt. Rainier were excellent. The check in process was smooth and price was well worth it. Would definitely stay there again.
