Excelente ubicación: snorkel, surf y puestas de sol.

¡Beach Villas at Kahalu’u está justo al otro lado de la calle de la mejor playa de snorkel en la Isla Grande! Ver tortugas verdes y peces de arrecife!

El condominio de la planta baja tiene 2 dormitorios, uno con una cama king, el otro con dos camas individuales y 2 baños, cada uno conectado. Hay una cocina moderna con encimeras de granito, lavavajillas, estufa nueva, microondas y nevera. Televisor de pantalla grande en la sala de estar, televisores más pequeños en las habitaciones y acceso a internet y WiFi son gratuitos. Las puertas correderas en el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar están equipadas con pantallas. Tenga en cuenta que también tenemos un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso del mismo edificio para familias que viajan juntas y necesitan más espacio (vea el listado # 962452).

El lanai tiene un juego de comedor con vistas al jardín y palmeras en la playa. Hermosas puestas de sol te esperan!

Una piscina infinita de agua salada, con un extremo poco profundo para niños, frente a la playa, y una bañera de hidromasaje y barbacoa están cerca. Hay un ascensor y aparcamiento gratuito en el recinto. Proporcionamos algunos equipos de playa como toallas, cofre de hielo, sombrillas y sillas de playa para su conveniencia. A solo una cuadra del condominio hay una tienda de surf que ofrece alquiler de snorkel, surf y tablas de paddle y también puede inscribirse para tomar clases.

Beautiful place and view

The place was convenient to explore the island. The condo was top notch and the kitchen was very well stocked. The infinity pool and whirlpool were especially wondered as you could watch the sunset from them. Communcation was great! I would recommend staying here.

3rd Time Booking this Quiet Gem

Stayed a month in this comfortably furnished quiet condo. Master suite and 2nd bedroom are at opposite ends. Plenty of beach gear and nice kitchen. Unit and property is well maintained. Property Manager Britt is efficient and easy to contact. It was a perfect place to stay a month and host visiting friends.

Check-in was super easy with a code for the door and all parking spots are close to unit. Extremely clean and well stocked. I did ask for sheets to be out for sleeper sofa and we had to look for those and they forgot to turn the thermostat back down after a few day gap, but given the heat and humidity, the thermostat worked great and they set it down about a minute after I called. Beach gear was great. Don't underestimate snorkeling across the street. Kids had a great surf lesson too. Fabulous central location. Parking in town was expensive, but we went farther south for Shave Ice. Pool was great and kids used every day. Fabulous location!

Comfortable, nicely equipped place

Very accurate listing, stayed 5 days, pool area was closed two days due to vandalism but it was fixed quickly. Kitchen was nicely equipped with nice quality items, beds comfy, A/C worked well, convenient parking, responsive property manager. Great location!

Great beach front Condo

We arrived in the afternoon to find a super clean condo with a few treats waiting for us. The access to Ali drive was great so we could take the trolley downtown for a happy hour and see the sunset. The King bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great to keep us cool for sleeping. We love the central location for access to north and south beaches. Overall it's one of the nicer places we have stayed on the big island and we will probably attempt to rent it again when we return.

Great location, close to ammenities.

Great location across from a good snorkeling beach. Easy to access the south end of the island and quick access into downtown Kona. Well appointed kitchen and everything worked well. Close to a grocery store and lots of local farmers markets. The king bed was hard and the twin beds were softer but that can be preference. There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers to use. The lanai had a nice patio set and we often enjoyed our meals outside. Parking was free and easy. I would stay here again.

Big Island Vacation

This property was fabulous. The host's had a folder, with so much great information in it. From how to turn on TV, what was expected on check-out, and included great places to visit! We meet the property Manager Britt and she was the absolute best. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed kitchenware. They had everything for beach fun to use including a cooler. It was so clean! Even the grounds were immaculate. Very reasonably priced. We spent 2 weeks on Maui at a Vrbo before coming to the Big Island. We have rented Vrbo's in the past. We would state this was the best Vrbo that was organized, clean, friendly & a great price. If we ever come back to the Big Island this is where we would stay. Beach Condo: Good for a Small Family

We enjoyed our time in Tricia and Donato Pompo's Beach Condo. We stayed in the lower unit and appreciated the easy access it afforded our small children. The parking lot alway had spaces. We are thankful for the generous offering of beach equipment and snorkel gear that our family used in the protected tidal pools across the street. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked many meals with ease. We shopped at the nearby Safeway. We had a quick response to our inquiry with the on-site manager, Britt, when we needed help with a clogged toilet. She got everything back to normal while we were at the beach! Thank you Britt! In closing, I give this beach condo my full recommendation as a comfortable place to launch your Kona vacation.

Perfect location

This condo was great for our family! We loved the location close to town and restaurants but still quiet. The condo is well set up with beach toys and everything you need in the kitchen. We most enjoyed watching sunset over the water from the pool and hot tub. Also, The beach has great snorkeling.

Everything was perfect

Good communication with the owner. The condo was comfortable and we appreciated to have 2 bathrooms for the families. Right in front of a nice place of beautiful snorkeling. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean too. I recommend it strongly.

Perfect location for snorkelers

Great location within quick walking distance of Kahaluu Beach. Nicely appointed condo with everything you'd need or expect, including new appliances. New carpet, paint, and furniture too. Four beach towels, two beach chairs, one big beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards all in great shape. This particular unit is the last one on the ground floor and is furthest from the beach, but it's still close. I really liked that the door has a PIN pad for entry so that each person in my group could come and go. If the condo management would add a PIN to the pool and beach exit, that would be even better. Two concerns to be aware of but not worth lowering my review score: 1. This condo requires a deposit of $1500. I stayed in two other condos in Hawaii with deposits of $100 or less. 2. The list of posted rules and the timer on the air conditioner are somewhat insulting. The A/C timer is specifically annoying because it cannot be set to run all night. Even though it says it will run for 6 hours, it lasts about half that.
