Riverfront Condo w/ Pool and Hot Tub Access

Summary:

Condo 315/316 is an awesome condo here at Bend Riverside Rentals, which we have named "Happy Trails". Perched along the banks of the Deschutes river, the popular trail leading right into the heart of downtown Bend is just below your feet. This unit offers a private patio and comes with access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub! This condo is also pet friendly! Bring up to two pets for an additional fee.



The Space:

Happy Trails is what we have named condo 315/316 here at Bend Riverside Rentals. Perched on the second floor this condo offers a serene retreat overlooking the beautiful Deschutes River. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river rushing by while you look for otters and heron from the private balcony while sipping your morning coffee. Not to mention, the sunsets over the river are breathtaking and make for a very relaxing time when curled up with a blanket and glass of wine!



This condo can host up to four guests, on two queen beds in separate sleeping areas. There are two full bathrooms so plenty of room for for everyone to get ready without being in one another's way. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo so you can unwind with a nice bubble bath at night after your adventures. The second bathroom which is connected to the bedroom has a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower.



A fully stocked kitchen is provided in Happy Trails so you can prepare some of your favorite meals without having to leave the condo! The kitchen is equipped with a range oven, full sized fridge and freezer combo as well as a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about hand washing any dishes and can just focus on relaxing!



Kick back on the couch and enjoy a movie while taking in the ambient glow of the fireplace! Can't agree on what to watch? There's a second TV in the bedroom so everyone gets to watch the shows they want.



Don't forget about our indoor heated pool and hot tub, which is open year round from 9am-10pm daily. You will also have access to our on-site laundry facilities which are located just one floor below.

Beautiful riverside spot

When visiting Bend we always stay in this complex . Best views of the river, easy access to river walk trail. This condo was very clean, comfortable, and easy check in.

Lovely location

Nice accommodations with lovely view. We liked the casual decor and taking walks along the river trail. Very convenient to town, as well. The property manager was responsive and accommodating when we had a concern. We were there in winter and would love to go back again at another time of year!

Beautiful View

The building was older, but the location and view were awesome. Condo was well-stocked and clean. Loved the fireplace. Couldn’t figure out front bathroom shower, but the other shower was great!

Weekend getaway

I am a travel nurse and live full time in a tiny camper. So this was a much needed weekend to stretch out. It was nice to get a full sized shower, kitchen, and livingroom. Hot water. Clean. Nice location. Nice fireplace. Loved listening to the river. Because i live in a camper i drive a large truck. Parking for large trucks is not doable for this building. Other buildings in the complex yes. Not this one. There is a musty smell. I sprayed hairspray which seemed to neutralize it. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and ended far too soon.

Clean Getaway

There was a separate bedroom and bathroom as well as a bed in the living room with TV’s in both areas. Everything was clean and tidy and simply decorated with no strong smells. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the peaceful sound of the river calmed the spirit. Amazingly, the sliding glass doors blocked all noise from the outside, making it a quiet place to sleep. I enjoyed time sitting out on the balcony watching a family of marmots play. As mentioned in the description, you could hear footsteps from the condo above, but nothing else, and it wasn’t disruptive. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking and eating a meal and all appliances worked well and were clean. I liked the keyless entry and it made it very easy to check in and out of the room. The location was great and I didn’t have to drive longer than 15 minutes to get everywhere I wanted to go in Bend. There is a nice paved walking path along the river just a few steps away. I would definitely come back and bring friends!
