Perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Guntersville at ReTreet’s Sunrise Ridge, this 1,100-square-foot luxury two-bedroom cabin provides a tranquil and immersive retreat for couples and families seeking a slice of Tuscany.
Now available for pre-booking for the holidays, Tuscan Sun Villa will be ready to welcome its first guests on Friday, November 15th. Just in time for the holiday season, this cabin will feature a fully decorated Christmas tree, custom-themed after Under the Tuscan Sun, creating a festive and romantic atmosphere.
Step into the spacious den, where large windows frame stunning lake views reminiscent of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Relax on the queen-sized pullout sofa or prepare your favorite Italian-inspired meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a Keurig coffee station.
The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed with breathtaking lake views. The second bedroom, featuring built-in queen-sized bunk beds inspired by Tuscan villas, adds an elegant yet cozy touch for children or extra guests. Both rooms are designed to offer comfort and serenity.
One and a Half bathrooms, including a unique outdoor shower, provide the perfect opportunity to refresh while surrounded by nature. The two-story deck invites you to relax in your private hot tub, gather around the natural gas fire table, or enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area—all while soaking in the stunning lake and forest views.

Guest Capacity & Additional Fees

The maximum capacity for your unit is 8 guests.
If your group exceeds this, there is a $25 fee per additional person per day
Additional guests must be shuttled using the provided ATV.

House Rules & Property Waiver

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, cabin guests must complete the check-in process in person between 4PM and 6PM at our office on check in day. During this time, our staff will provide a mandatory safety orientation for operating your assigned Kawasaki transport vehicle. For safety reasons, access to your cabin will not be granted until this orientation is completed. If you are unable to arrive during the 4PM - 6PM check-in window, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative check-in time and access to your unit.  A $50 late check-in fee will apply if prior arrangements are not made and/or your arrival time is after 6:30 pm.

All house rules are provided in an eBook sent to you before arrival and are also available in the guest book inside your unit.
By booking, you agree to e-sign the property waiver, which outlines all rules and safety guidelines.

ATV Usage & Liability Terms
Your reservation includes a 6-seater ATV with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Usage Guidelines:

Keys must remain in the ATV, and it must be parked at its assigned station when not in use.
The ATV must remain on ReTreet property and can only be driven on designated paths.
Only six people are allowed on the ATV at a time, and all passengers must be seated.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Security Deposit & Responsibility
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card on the day of arrival and released within 5-7 business days of checkout, provided no damages occur.
You are responsible for any damages and agree to cover repair costs if necessary.
Safety & Liability Agreement
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You assume full responsibility for your own negligence while using the ATV.
Unsafe behavior (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in the immediate forfeiture of ATV privileges.
Use of the ATV may result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.
By using the ATV, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from ATV use.
