Escape to this welcoming apartment in the charming town of Elizabethton. This nice property features 1 bedroom, a cozy living room with a memory foam sofa bed, and all the essentials like AC, heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, iron, linens, Keurig and more!
This beautiful Apartment/Suite is located on a small Mountain where it’s peaceful and quiet. Clean is an understatement for this home!! We go above and beyond by cleaning all surfaces, light switches, doorknobs, remotes, furniture, and bed linens, including the comforter and blankets. Our Mountain Suite Apartment would be a perfect place to stay if you are looking to go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Bristol Motor Speedway, Watauga Lake, Asheville, Roan Mountain, Beech or Sugar Mountain…and so many more places! And what makes this home even more special, is the host is available anytime…for whatever you might need!! When you arrive, the host will greet you and show you to the Apartment. You’ll have a bowl full of snacks, water in the refrigerator, and some tea and coffee for the Keurig. Our apartment also has an essential oil diffuser and an air purifier.

The place was exactly as pictured. We were in town for a race and location was perfect. The host was there to greet us. Check in and check out easy. Definitely would stay there again!!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied, everything we needed. The best part was meeting our host. I feel we made a friend for life!! Looking foward to our next stay.

Great trip

I was in town for a couple of days and the apartment was perfect for me. The apartment was very clean and quiet and the host was very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful Getaway

This adorable rental is cozy and just perfect. Bobbi is an amazing host. We came for parents weekend at ETSU, it’s an easy 20 minute drive to campus. We will stay here again!

Loved the apartment

Bobbie is by far the kindest host I’ve ever encountered. She was so attentive to anything I needed and reached out several times to make sure I was doing ok. The apartment was clean and comfortable and also private. Don’t let the windy road bother you, it just leads to the top of their little mountain where you’ll find a great host and lovely apartment. I loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Bobbie is like the favorite aunt you love to go visit! The one that spoiled you rotten and always welcomes you with a smile. She had a basket full of goodies and drinks for us that we were so thankful for with us on the go. Of all the places I have stayed while traveling, this by far the cleanest place I have been. I was traveling with my daughter and felt total safe here. We had preparations to take care of for a funeral and came in later at night. She has motion sensor lights that light up the out side area which is great for safety and was excellent for unloading the car. The bed was very comfortable. I felt very relaxed here. I had no problem sleeping here. Ladies for those of you that don’t sleep well at hotels you know what I am talking about. I stayed in a hotel in Johnson city back in November. I wish I had known about Bobbie’s rental sooner!! Her rental was cleaner, felt safer and was cheaper than the hotel!! We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be staying with Bobbie again!

9 out of 10! Very nice rental in a quite location. Not far from town to be able to buy groceries or go out to eat. The hosts went over and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience. I would defiantly stay here again. Thank you so much Bobbie

Bobbie Grapes was so nice. Everything was so nice in the apartment. She meet us at the door to make sure that we had everything that we needed. She showed us all around to make it easier find things. It had everything that we needed and then some. We would go back in a heart beat. Thank you so much for an easy stay and be able to visit with our family.

Unplanned trip

We had to come up to Elizabethton for a family members passing and our host could not have been any more accommodating or kind considering the circumstances. All the extra little touches to the space were a wonderful bonus too! Would rate 12/10 if we could.

Bobbie is the definition of southern hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like I was coming home. The space is spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like make-up towels, snacks, coffee, and teas. The bathroom has all the essentials, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook.The property feels private, even though it is part of the lower level of her home. You may hear light footsteps from upstairs, but no voices or TV. The only drawback for me was that the AC is controlled upstairs by the host, so if you like it colder at night, you will need to ask. Bobbie is more than willing to adjust, but I did not want to impose. If AC control is a must for you, consider this before booking. If you spend more than ten minutes getting ready, bring a lighted travel mirror. The bathroom mirror is small and decorative, there are no other mirrors and it only offers space for one at a time. The sliding barn door bathroom offers little privacy, so if your relationship is in the shy phase, prepare to level up your “bathroom noise acceptance” skills.This is a gorgeous place hosted by someone who truly cares about her guests. If you want a warm, welcoming stay in a beautiful space, you will love it here.
