Centrally located, it is just a mile from downtown and a short 10-minute (0.5 mile) walk to the MetroRail McGowen Red Line Station. This convenient public transit offers easy access to popular destinations like the Texas Medical Center, Museum District, Houston Zoo, Theater District, NRG Stadium, and more!

Along tree-lined streets, you’ll find rows of beautiful townhomes where young professionals and families reside. Enjoy the area’s walkability, with many attractions just a short stroll away.

⭐ 13 Celsius Wine Bar and Café - A personal favorite. Nearby within walking distance. Trendy lounge serving wine and small plates.
