The house is clean and bright, with a smart layout. It has 3 beautiful and comfy bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, adding the convenience of not having to share. The kitchen has an open design and is fully equipped, in case you want to enjoy a home cooked meal. The small backyard is shared with another a separate independent studio in the back of the property. The location is one of my favorite things... It is amazing! It is so close to great restaurants, brunch spots, bakeries, cafes, wine and other bars.
