This is Retreat cabin #8, it is a 2 bedroom/1 bath (1 bedroom is a loft bedroom). Located on 700 acres. Walk to canoe livery, fire ring, grill, NO HOT TUB, beautiful views from deck. Direct TV/DVD. Central heat/air. Shower only, Handicap access. AWD/4WD Recommended.

Loved the full kitchen and the cozy living room. Bed was comfy and clean too. Porch and fire pit was a nice bonus. Host was fast when replying.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean and comfortable.

The cabin was safe, clean and quiet. There was easy access to downtown Logan and Hocking Hills Park. Linens and basic amenities were provided and included. The cabin was short on glassware and utensils. Having a kitchen was nice to do some cooking. The electric fireplace warmed things up and the air conditioning worked well too. Having access to a fire pit was a plus. An additional chair for seating and an area rug in the living room would have made the cabin cozier.

Basic accommodations yet very clean and comfortable. Lovely view from the deck area. Some construction in the area so daytime noise. Not an issue for us, but be aware of you’re looking for daytime quiet.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at cabin 8. We were impressed with how clean the cabin was (especially my wife who is a bit of a "germaphobe"-her words, not mine). We also like the quick easy entrance without a check in. It was convenient to be able to help ourselves in. Our kids loved the bedroom upstairs and we loved the fact that it did not have a typical railing with spindles, it was like a half wall that was child safe. We loved how communicative the host was and very quick to respond to any questions we had. They also reached out to check on us while we were staying. A couple changes we'd suggest would be some kind of door or gate for the top of the stairs and the fire ring to be closer to the cabin. We were surprised to see how far it was from the cabin. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and plan to return in the future.

We were so amazing at how beautiful Hocking Hill (especially Ash Cave) is.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Very close to stores and restaurants. Also close to Lake Logan where we were able to go fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The fire pit and picnic table are across the road. We went to Ash Cave and Hocking Hills which is totally breathtaking. Also close to Lake Logan where we did some fishing. Close to stores, restaurants and attractions.

Nice location. Easy to find, close to many things. Could not find the hot tub and needed instructions on how to use direct tv. Sent a message, but got no reply.

This was probably one of the nicest cabins I have stayed in. It is right next to town, so everything you may need is right next door. The area is peaceful and close to Logan Lake. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time. Our one neighbor was partying all nighg, but when we contacted the property manager we didnt hear them again the rest of the weekend. Overall it was a great stay.

Met our expectations. Was as advertised.

Enjoyed the grill, the firepit, the array of cooking utensils if we needed them, the play area for young kids, the proximity to many restaurants and activities, the peace and quiet and seclusion, the size was adequate for six people, the place was clean.

Roomy, clean, not even one complaint. The value for the location and amenities is really great. We both agreed that we would definitely stay here again - that's the best recommendation and compliment.
