Calvin’s rental is awesome! We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is clean, well designed and the beds are comfortable. They are quick to respond to any questions and everything was exactly as listed. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. The main bathroom has the most amazing shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The kitchen is well stocked and very clean! I highly recommend this rental!

We loved the house and location

We loved the house and location just not pleased with who ever cleans for u there was hair everywhere in the bathrooms behind the doors and rugs we left one day early

Stay in PC during relocation

We stayed in Calvin’s place during a relocation to the area. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. We thought we were going to have to cancel but at the last minute was able to make the trip and Calvin was very helpful in rebooking the house. Great experience overall!

The house was in need of a deep clean. Surfaces had not been wiped down. Light switches were dirty. The return vent had layers of dust on it and baseboards were dirty. Refrigerator and trash can had dried liquids on them. One of the toilets had urine on it. Most of the furniture had stains. The silverware drawer had crumbs in it. Headboard was cloth with stains.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to read this, as cleanliness is very important to us and this description does not reflect the standard we work hard to maintain. When concerns were raised, we responded by arranging for the home to be cleaned again, and I later personally inspected the property. Several of the issues described were not consistent with what was observed during the follow-up inspection, and this is not the type of feedback we have historically received from guests. Even so, we take all guest feedback seriously. We have addressed the matter with our cleaning team and will continue to use every guest experience as an opportunity to improve. Thank you again for staying with us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was so calm and quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown Panama City, making it the perfect location to relax. The host was wonderful—communication was excellent, and they were very accommodating when we had an issue with our reservation dates. Everything was resolved quickly, and we truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility.The only small suggestion would be a bit more attention to detail in a few areas, but overall we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again—an easy recommendation from us!

When I say this is a beautiful home, and it was clean and quiet. It has everything you could possibly need on vacation, and it was only 20 minutes from the beach…. I will definitely always try to book this house anytime me and my family plan a trip to Panama, because the host was super nice and friendly… Thank you for sharing your beautiful home…
