Welcome to Salty Sunsets - LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you want to be beside the world's most beautiful beaches, then look no further. Enjoy your stay at the beach in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home only about a mile away from emerald green waters, sugary sands, and majestic sunsets. You will be minutes from St. Andrews State Park and marinas where you can rent a boat, take a day trip to Shell Island or swim among the dolphins. Warm breezes and Salty Sunsets are waiting for you!
This is a private duplex. You will have full, private access to the entire left side of the duplex with a private back yard and patio space.
Salty Sunsets is not only 2 minutes from the white, sandy beaches but also centrally located to all things that may bring you to Panama City Beach.
This newly remodeled home is about 4 miles from Publix Sports Complex on Chip Seal Pkwy, which is great for those coming for traveling baseball/softball tournaments. It is 9 miles from Pier Park, and 10 miles from Frank Brown Park, another fabulous sports park. AND, while you are here, don't forget that you are minutes from some of the local favorites in St. Andrews. Hunts Oyster Bar, Uncle Ernie's, and the Captain's Table are well known for their fresh seafood and oysters. You are only a little more than 6 miles from these favorite spots.
Are you looking for extra concierge services such as bonfires, fishing excursions, jet ski/boat rentals, shell island tours, etc? Please let me know, and I will be happy to help you setup the perfect vacation.

My favorite beach is St. Andrew's State Park. It not only has pristine beaches, as does the rest of our area, but it also has an area for little ones to splash around without the worry of waves, etc. That's not all! It also has great nature trails, fishing, and snorkeling. It's just a beautiful location where you can take a picnic or grill out on their beachside grills. Oh, and don't forget to take a walk on their long pier and watch the sunset!
If you choose to stay at this location, you will have ample free public beach accesses, within minutes of your home, along what is affectionately known as the "Thomas Drive" area, and the best part is that you will not have to face the heavy traffic in this prime spot!

Our location is perfect for your vacation. You will not have to travel more than a few minutes in any direction for the grocery stores (there are actually 2 just across the street), favorite local restaurants (also some right across the street), marinas, boat/jet ski rentals, and of course the sugary sands and emerald waters! There is plenty of parking for the local beaches, and you will not be disappointed with the proximity our place provides without the high expenses of other places. We provide a beautifully decorated, and most importantly very clean, space for you to enjoy in between your trips to the beaches!
