During the orientation call, we review the form, confirm guest count, suite selection, travel needs, concierge contacts, and answer any questions to ensure a seamless experience. 📌Guests are responsible for their own food, groceries, and drinks, plus any applicable shopping or credit card processing fees.
📌A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. The deposit is held or charged before arrival and automatically released after checkout, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
