Villa Bonita is a stunning single level 4 bed 4 bath , 3624 sq ft Mediterranean style home. Meticulously maintained, this finely crafted showcase home is nestled in a beautiful oak grove setting just minutes to Seascapes white sandy beaches and Apto Village's shopping, golf and tennis.
The Space:
Villa Bonita's features include separate spacious living and family rooms, formal and informal dining areas and a chef's kitchen with recently updated appliances.
Aptos' Villa Bonita boasts a wonderful indoor- outdoor living layout with outdoor gas firepit and large patio to entertain. The home offers, built-in whole house entertainment system, mahogany & travertine flooring, coffered ceilings and an inviting gas fireplace.
This home provides four (4) en-suite bedrooms, and a luxurious master suite. Three (3) of the bedrooms offer King beds, with a Queen size bed in the fourth bed room
Guests will find an oversized 3 car garage with shop and large storage closet plus plenty of off-street parking in the drive.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally situated where the mountains meet the sea, Aptos Village is a hidden gem just waiting to be discovered! While Aptos is not as re-known as the nearby Santa Cruz Boardwalk or Capitola Wharf, its unsung reputation helps it stick out from the crowded coast.
Aptos is home to both the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park and Seacliff State Beach California state parks. Hidden Beach has a playground and a path that leads to the ocean. Golfers may find enjoyment at nearby Seascape. Nisene Marks is popular with hikers and mountain bikers.
At the beach, the breakers beneath the Aptos cliffs roll while gentle sea breezes blow in. Offshore birds plunge into the bay, dotting the sapphire waves with occasional splashes of white froth.
The heart of Aptos Village also acts as a gateway to the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park, where you can connect with nature in a towering redwood forest. The dense Forest of Nisene Marks, is a preserved primordial woodland. There are redwoods within the Forest with trunks that look like braided rope, twisted from the quake. The epicenter was near the lumber town that once thrived with a railroad but is now consumed by flora. All that remain of a once-bustling sawmill are mossy wedges from a foundation and a placard noting the site.
