The property also features 1 1/2 bathrooms with essential amenities like a hairdryer and shower. Lots of room. Has large Conference room with large table to have meetings or feed a large crowd. Lots of parking. Whether you're looking to relax or explore or host a meeting. Only .2 mile from downtown bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles from Georgia Southern Paulson Stadium. We have 3/4 acre of grass and parking lot for tailgating. Invite your friends to tailgate. Grills allowed. This enjoyable and amazing space is the perfect home base for your trip. This house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The main negative was the floor plan and layout of this house. It wasn't really a house, but a business they made into a house. It didn't feel homey and comfortable to us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more convenient to GSU, and there was so much room for everyone to spread out. Check-in and access were incredibly easy, and the hosts were unbelievably responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I'M BACK!!! And that should tell you everything you need to know.Our first stay was so good we didn’t even consider anywhere else when coming back through Statesboro. This property continues to deliver. It’s incredibly well-suited for a group, with a location and setup that just makes everything easy, and comfortable.The home itself is consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The owners, they are outstanding. Responsive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being intrusive. Communication is clear and timely, and they make the whole process seamless from start to finish.This place has firmly secured a spot at the top of our list anytime we’re in the area. I can’t recommend it enough.

Great stay in statesboro

We enjoyed staying at this house when we came to move my daughter in to her dorm. It is a very unique use of space and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house had plenty of amenities as well. Very clean, which was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here! It is SO big and the bedding/linens were so comfy. Cool AC, great coffee bar, and they think of everything for you. We will definitely be booking here again.
