Wow! There's lots of untruth in this review that I'm just now seeing after you basically demanded 30 more hangers on Easter Sunday morning...something that was already provided and if you needed more, should've been responsible for getting BUT I went 40 mins to town to get them, 10 more mins to the house and then another 45 mins back home to give you hangers and all you said was the house was fine. Thats the only comment/message I got from you during your entire stay. So I guess all the guests before you that gave 10/10 and the actual guest that went in directly after you that gave 10/10 were just crazy?? Here it is 3 months after your stay and 1. No complaints or evidence that the stove/ oven are inoperable as i just had guests there that stayed 3 weeks and cooked breakfast and dinner every night at the house and had no problems so why didn't you mention this issue to me at all? The stove was purchased new last winter from Lowes and I do go over there to cook and neither does housekeeping so all I know was there were guests in just a couple weeks ahead of you that used it for a wedding and bridal luncheon and had no issues. 2. The dishwasher rack has worked for every other guest if it's loaded properly. If all the weight is on 1 side, it does need a pull to get it out but why didnt you mention this to me? 3. Not 1 guest has seen water from any toilet on the floor nor have I or housekeeping and I'm in the home after every guest and before check ins and why didn't you mention this to me? 4. So bugs are trapped between the windows and screens...which are outside the home so there's bugs outside the home?? Why, yes, this is south Georgia. There are many bugs outside. However, with extermination every month and no proof of your claim and you're the only guest that has seen bugs in the house....welllll, were there really and why didn't you mention this to me? 5. Patio furniture was filthy and couldn't use the hose... you could message me that you needed 30 hangers but couldn't message me that you needed a water hose? The front and back porches were blown off when the house was cleaned. Again...south Ga... the house is literally surrounded by pinetrees... in april when there's pollen falling....and there were pine needles on the front porch?? Really?? Lol. 6. The register in the hallway was so disgusting that you couldn't even notice that it was paint chipped off from me and the housekeepers sweeping it off between EVERY guests. It's repainted about every 5-6 months and was done in May again but we use the broom to clean it off during every clean so there is paint missing and scratches all over between paintings. So why didn't you message me about this issue? 7. Water spots in the bedroom on the wall? There was a spill in there months ago, was cleaned and that is a stain from the spill. It's literally qlan inch wide and about 2.5 inches long behind a lamp...its cleaned and has been. I can't repaint the house between every guest. I apologize. 8. 2 spaces on the back of the house that have wood rot from rain sitting on the threshold from the rain....2 places, 2inx2in spaces with wood rot OUTSIDE where you claim you weren't able to be or occupy...please tell me how these 2 spaces ruined your stay because of the rain causing wood rot there? And finally... you NEVER sent me a message about ANY issues other than to tell me to bring you more hangers and that the dollar store sturdy ones would be fine, AT ALL. None! I respond to every message I receive and even responded to you after you left (45 mins late I may add without sending me any messages to let me know and held up housekeeping and had them sitting out in another cul de sac waiting for you to leave and I drove by twice as well but the 2md time, you were finally taking the trash out so I didn't stop) and you asked about hearing aids that may have been left behind and I answered you then as well but never did you mention anything else other than telling me the house was fine the day after check in so I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but making up some things to bring down my scores and complaining about bugs being outside and 2 very small areas of slight wood rot outside as part of your review of the home....Lord have mercy.
