Escape to this luxurious condo in picturesque Daytona Beach with stunning wrap-around balconies. With 3 bedrooms including 2 kings, queen and 2 foldaway beds. This gorgeous property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an Oceanfront pool with steps down to the beach, workout center and a BBQ area. This spacious condo also comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi. We think you will love the open floor plan that's perfect for entertaining and makes the ocean view part of the decor. Our place will help you experience everything Daytona Beach has to offer.
Location is very convenient with The Pier and Boardwalk located less than 2 miles South and Publix is about a mile North. Many restaurants close by.

PLEASE NOTE: The building is undergoing concrete restoration through 2025. It can be noisy at times. Restoration is complete on my side of the building.

Beautiful sunsets from the primary bedroom and wraparound balcony beach views. Well stocked kitchen and condo. We really appreciated the additional fans (need for sleep!), small jar of laundry pods, and bathroom extras provided including the makeup cloths. Thank you for a great stay!

Condo is an amazing place. It was so clean and very spacious. The view of the ocean could not have been better. The kitchen has everything you need! We were delightfully surprised that beach chairs were provided. The only thing that we were unhappy with was the tv. It would have been nice to be able to log into our own Netflix account, etc. The owner has it locked which we were very disappointed in.

Julie was fantastic to work with. She was very quick to respond. Our condo was ready before our check in time. The condo itself was perfect. We had so much room. The living room was an open concept. The views were breathtaking. The bedrooms were very spacious. I really liked the fact that we had stuff to cook with. There was spices already there. We had coffee and everything. All we had to buy was snacks. We will definitely be back.

My family and I spent a few days relaxing after a Disney trip. The condo was wonderful beaches were not crowded and the water was COLD. Could not ask for a better owner. She answered all questions and helped with a WiFi problem immediately. Would stay again

Easter Trip

The property was very nice. The condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony very much and the large spacious bedrooms. We had my 75 year old parents with so having the walk-in showers with a bench was fabulous for them as well as not having any rugs to trip over was great as well. We loved the place and will definitely stay again!

Great Stay on the Beach!

I booked Julie’s condo for a fun family get away with my Dad and brother. We loved our time here! The condo is spacious, well-decorated and had everything we needed. We loved catching by sunrise and sunset from the balconies, and this quick and easy beach access for my Dad to do some metal-detecting or for us to catch some rays was the biggest highlight. Julie was incredibly responsive to our messages, and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to any future guests!

Little piece of paradise

The property was beautiful, undergoing construction but it didn't bother us. Loved the parking, access to the beach, pool was clean. The condo its self had beautiful views with a wrap around balcony. Beds were comfortable. Nice big couch able to fit all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and all the utensils. We couldn't have had a better time. We will be back!!

Girls Week

Julie was an excellent host. Very responsive, The place is large, clean and perfect for groups that have a mixture of people who like the beach, the pool or just simply want to hang out on the large balcony and watch the sunrise, dolphins or read a book. Plenty of space to be with each other or zone out on your own. Close to stores and restaurants. There were six grown women of all ages in our group!

The condo is spectacular. Plenty of space with a nice Dino table , large enough to play games around. The views and access to the beach are great. Close to grocery store and not far from some exceptional restaurants. Julie is a joy to work with. The view is great. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the balcony as the sun rose. The construction was a bit annoying but I would book again in a heartbeat. I just wish I could upload the video of the dolphins I was able to shoot from the balcony.

Wonderful Condo!

We were pleasantly surprised with how quick we could get into our unit! We arrived a few hours early due to our flight, but our unit was ready for us! It was extremely clean and well-stocked with items typically needed (toilet paper, paper towels, utensils, etc). Communication was done with ease. I was able to call or text if needed. The kids loved having all the beach toys/equipment to use! The building had several rules associated with things, but that did not deter our week. We would stay here again!

I lived in Daytona for 5 years when I was younger. I came back a few years ago and it still felt like home. I love the relaxed casual atmosphere everywhere you go. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I love walking on the beach every day and there is nothing better than watching the dolphins jumping in the ocean from the balcony. The relaxed chill environment is Daytona!

Everything about this property says entertain. It has an open concept so everyone can enjoy each other's company. The beautiful balcony is large enough for everyone to have room and if you want to escape, you can go out on the master balcony where you can still see the ocean and the Halifax River without everyone around you. You will love this condo! You will have everything you need!
